Don't fall for this they are trained to initimidate and scare the life out of the average person by mentioning things like, court, investigator, etc. They only use those people who are willing to put on a good act and sound legit, just think of how many good actors and actresses their are in the world that hasn't made it to tv yet. Call their bluff......ask them questions...take over the conversation (don't tell them you know their lying or I don't believe you) get as much info as you can. But know they are just money hunger illegimate cons that are no different from those that break into houses or rob someone at gunpoint. They will change the number in a matter of days and move on to the next scam.....

There is someone who called me yesterday and said they were taking me to court for check fraud. Bc of a laon with namakin. Im only two weeks into the loan and he gave me there different prices to pay yesterday and this morning he wouldn't accept anything. He also told me there will b be someone at my job tomorrow morning to arrest me. They also went through with having someone call me from an emergency number saying they were LAPD. This number is 19512776207. They even left it on my voicemail. I have spoken to the PD by my house and a private investigator about this and both told me to call the loan company and the attorney generals office.

They are now calling and saying they are Federal Investigators and have Leins on vehicles and homes. They are even threating to contact my employer for check fraud. The number they are using is 877-385-2905.

I received a message from DRS stating that they were calling about a civil case.  They left this message with one of my co-workers.  I called them back and I was told that I owed a company names Baham Mgmt. who works with Namakan Capital LLC money from loan that was almost a year overdue.  I asked them for paper work or the exact amount of the loan and they could not provide it.  I got them to agree to hold up the paperwork to my employer until Monday at 3pm when I would contact them.  If anyone has any information on this company I would appreciate it.

I also got a phone call from this number. (202-556-2692)  They told me that they were a Law Firm called IRG & Associates.  Someone that is using said Company put me down as a ref,  yet I have no idea who this said person would be.

I received a call from this number also and they stated someone put me down as a reference.  I was also called from an Ohio number which said the same thing and that I would be subpoened.  That makes no sense!!!

Krohn & Moss real # is 1-800-875-3666! You must be one of the DRG AND ASSOCIATES or IRG AND ASSOCIATES workers!!! This is a game to you scammers, soon to end. W? What kind of representation is that for Krohn & Moss? Do they know you are acting as them?

I recieved a phone today from 202-556-2692, (IRG & Associates),  stating that I was a Ref for a Arthur Ramsey,  who was under investagation for check fraud.   Yet 1) I have no idea who this said person is, 2) My name was spelled wrong.  

I had called my local S.O. Office, I was told if these people called me again, for me to go down to the local station and file a report.
