This has got to be a scam... I had the same call as G. Allen... the guy had a very heavy Spanish accent identified himself as an Officer in Washington D.C. After repeated questions I finally gleaned that he wanted me to stay on the line as he would connect me with customs to receive a $ 250,000.00 prize that was sitting in customs waiting for me to pick up. He called my Vonage line and knew my first name. How could this be accept that Vonage has been compromised? I am CC them on this as well.

I also received a call from a detective Wheeler from the fraud department. He called me by my first name and said he was expecting a call back.

I also just received a call from a man stating that his name is "Domonique Wheeler" and he is with the Fraud Department in Washington D.C. The message was left on my answering machine around 3:57 p.m. on January 25th. He did not ask for anyone specific, but he said he expects a call back immediately.  What's up with this guy?

Same number is calling my grandparents and impersonating the US Government claiming they are with the "federal department" in Washington DC. They claim to be "Dominique Wheeler", and the caller has a very strong bollywood accent. They don't ask for anyone by name at all, but request a callback to they're number.

These people are calling my Mom and told her that she better not tell anyone about the calls because she might get hurt!

SCUM BAGS . . .

A message was left on my home phone asking for a call back to this number.  The caller had a havy accent, and I could not make out where he said he was from, but said he was from Washington DC (as did the caller ID) and asked that the call be returned and that he was waiting for it.  Didn't mention my name or any one else in the household.
