Got a call around 2:30 p.m. today, no message left

They called and asked for my by name.  I asked who was calling and was told "Bob".  When I said I was not available, they hung-up.

This number calls my house at least 3 to 4 times a day and has done this for at least 3 weeks.  I never answer it, but I want it to stop!

Next time they call, pickup the phone and tell them to stop calling you.  It's the only way to get rid of them.

They've called me too. I consider these calls harassment. Why can't the phone company put a stop to this?

It is, as reported, Harris for charities and I called the number and left my number on the do not call list but do not forget to press pound to send message at the end. Shiesters.

This person has called every day for at least a week.  Never leaves a message. I would like to know who it is.

Glad I came here, because this number is calling me, too. I am also on the do not call list. Maybe that's why they don't leave a message?

Same thing hapening here.  I called the number back, got the recording, and called them back to tell them to stop calling.  20 minutes later, they called again, no voice, no message!  I am seriously considering notifying the BBB.

Received a call from this number today. Call them back using your cell phone(no long distance charges) you can state your number and be put on their do-not-call list. But you have to press the pound butten for it to go through!!

same behavior.  They've been calling here for many months, sometimes daily.

same thing - this idiot calls a few times a week and hangs up when we answer!!

Calls three or four times a day, usually in the morning- first time I answered there was just dead air, the second time I heard a click as though someone hung up, and the third time they asked for me, and when I said I wasn't home (lol) they hung up.
I give yearly to a wildlife fund, and I unable to give this year.  I hope this has nothing to do with that!!

Unsolicited call received today on my home number (on do not call list). T let the answering machine pick it up but they left no message.

Getting the same calls several days a week. no message, no one on the other end if I do pick up and try to tear them a new a$$hole...

If you call them back and listen to the message it will ask if you wish to be taken off the automated dial up. Their number is in Washington DC.  I used my cell phone so there was no long distance charge ...Good luck

Has been calling 2-3 times a day for several days. I programmed the number into my telephone with "no ringer" so I don't hear the calls.

I got two calls this evevning.  One at 5:30 and one at 6:00.  I didn't pick up and they didn't leave a message.  This is not a telephone number I recognize and I am trying to find out where it came from.
