You have been selected bu the US Government to receive of $7000.00.  and asked me to pay a donation of $199.00 at first and then second time of $378.00.   Could someone help me get this money back

I recieved a phone call from this # 202-559-0741 and # 202-621-0870 stating that i have been selected to recieve $7000.00 in government grant money and i do not have to pay anything back! ! is this a scam? they are asking me to send $99.00 to India from a cherity donation.

YO TAMBIEN RECIVI UNA LLAMADA DE DOS PERSONAS UNO HOMBRE Y OTRA MUJER DICIENDO QUE HAVIA SIDO SELECCIONADO Y QUE HABIA SIDO ELEGIDO PARA RECIVIR UN REGALO DE 7000 DOLLARES DEL GOVIERNO FEDERAL DE WASHINGTON DC Y PARA QUE ELLOS ME ENVIARAN ESA CANTIDAD TENIA QUE ENVIAR $99.00 DOLLARES A LA INDIA PARA UNA DONATION Y NADA ERA CIERTO CUANDO ME DI CUENTA YA ERA MUY TARDE POR QUE FUI A CANCELAR EL ENVIO Y YA LO HABIAN COBRADO EN CUESTION DE 10 MINUTOS

***BEWARE*** THIS IS A SCAM. THEY ASK FOR YOUR BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION AND TELL YOU THAT THE MONEY WILL BE SENT TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT WITHIN A CERTAIN TIME FRAME. I CALLED THE DEPT. OF TREASURY AND THEY CONFIRMED IT AS A SCAM.
