Thanks Sandy for letting us know what these calls are all about. I have been waiting all morning for them to call so I could answer and tell them off but of course they haven't tried to call yet today. What good is the Do Not Call Registry if we keep getting these telemarketer/SPAM calls??

Just received a from (202) 561-4918 - Perry James.   Oh they are going to help me lower my credit card debt.  hahahaha   Thanks to everyone who has posted about these numbers.  I am awaiting a call from a counselor who is going to explain all the details to me.  I am going to enjoy this conversation - though I expect they will hang up pretty quick.  I am retired military and know how to very colorfully express myself.

I received 4 calls from this number yesterday to my cell phone.  I was thinking it was some kind of campaign call because of the origin of the call.  I did not pick up the calls and just ignored them.  I wish there was  a way to stop them from calling.

Someone at this number called our home phone 7 TIMES today while we were gone. Caller ID shows this number and District of Columbia. No messages left on the answering machine. Since we are NOT delinquent on any of our bills, I doubt this is a bill collector. All I know is that I am SICK of getting all these SPAM/telemarketer kinds of calls especially when we are on the Do Not Call Registry.

I returned this call - it says tel. # is out of service - but they called again. Possibly collection agency.

They have called today and yesterday? I have no idea who this it.No one says anything.

We received two calls today from this number.  The first time it said Perry James and the second time the caller ID just had the number listed.

I also just got a call.  The number is from D.C.  I don't know who is calling, but I've never gotten a call from a D.C. number on my personal phone before.

Just got a call but did not answer and was checking here due to area code and name on caller ID came up as Perry James- I don't know anyone by this name.

I have received 4 calls today from this number, three of the times they hung up. On one, my wife answered, they asked for me, when she asked who this was, they hung up.
