I got the same f****ng call today 11/14/2011 i also selected cash but you don't get something for nothing but i wanted to hear it for my self so i listened to what they had to say. Then i checked online and i found this info.

I called the number to have a little fun and got VM. What a joke and people actually fall for this BS. Wow

yea i had to pay $190 to get my $5000

I recieved a call saying I was being award grant money from the government. I had to either select to recieve my money by Visa, Mastergard or Cash. I selected cash the catch was I had to put a $190 security deposit down at Western Union. I told them I know you don't have to pay money to get money then I was cursed out and berated. The speak with an Indian accent.
