I got same this message too. It's SCAM

I just received a message from this number also, wanted to know if item was still available. after checking out their phone # I told them no. Not sure what the scam is but good to know we can google the # and find this stuff out

How I wish I could come for viewing and inspection as am currently out of the country ATM and i want it picked up before i get i will be back in a couple of weeks. This number told me the exact same thing. It's a complete scam don't be fooled!

Got a text from this number at 5:00 am. Wed. also stating he was out of the country, but wanted  an item i had for sale picked up before they returned, also wanted me to create a paypal acct. and send him a payment invoice!

Received a text from this number in regards to an item I have listed on Craigslist.  They said they were out of the country and wanted me to create an invoice thru PayPal to have them pay for the item.  I thought it odd that they wanted to pay for it prior to seeing the item.  They then asked if they could call me right away to discuss it but I told them no.  I decided to look the number up and it came back as a Washington DC land line.  How could they be out of the country yet be texting from a land line?  I asked them that question but didn't get a response.  Can't help but think they are some sort of scammers!!!!  Very sad that there is so much dishonesty!!!
