Receive calls from this number many times, but I do not answer the call.  If I don't recognize the name or number, I first do a check on the phone number.  Thanks goodness for these posts.  This said Private Name.  Don't know why this kind of thing can't be taken care of by the FCC.  What is the purpose in having a "Do Not Call List?"

Received call this morning at 8:30am from this number for my father (my parents live with me). Had an actual live person on the other end and I ripped into him for calling before 9am!  Absolutely amazing that these political money grubbers think they can call early.  I do know that there are morons in this country that do not understand about timezones, but if you're in the business that makes calls across the nation, you had better get a clue.

The callers are from the bottom of the barrel, working minimum wage.  They represent both major political parties.  Notifying the FCC, FTC does not help.  Also, political and non-profit are exempt from the DO NOT CALL program.  There is no way to stop these calls.  Do not give donations to ANYONE over the phone.
Especially do not give or confirm any credit card, bank account or social security numbers over the phone.

These calls are from the Democratic Party, looking for donations to help elect Senators to replace the ones retiring.  The FCC, FTC, and Do-Not-Call people  will not help you.  They are all losers.

Began calling today. Caller ID says "Invalid From DC."

It's a conservative political group. I called them back, pressed 3, put in my 10 digit phone number, and hopefully will not hear from them again.

Called and left no message.

Called and did not leave a message.

EXTREMELY persistent and frequent caller ... multiple calls during the last couple of weeks.

Caller ID says Political Alert, I finally listened to the entire recording. They are asking for donations to impeach Obama! If that wasn't ridiculous enough, the number they give to remove your number from their calling list (1-800-705-6767) leads to a busy signal!!
Next step is to report them I guess!!

The call is for a political contribution ... political and charitable calls are exempted from the "DO NOT CALL" list (you didn't really think the politicians would block one of their best moneymakers, did you?  really?), so the only thing you can do is ask them to take you off their MASTER LIST.  Sometimes it works.

Machine picked up, caller hangs up..Very annoying when I am not well. STOP CALLING..
