SICK AND TIRED OD CALL AFTER CALL FIND SOMETHING TO DO RATHER AND BOTHER PEOPLE

Folks!  No one here is reading this who can stop the calls to your phone.  YOU have to do that via blocking.  I'm fed up, too, and not answering or donating to ANY political groups (this goes to the 50th power for 0bama, who IS NOT RUNNING, btw).  When I see area code 202 I block it, doesn't matter who it is.  Do the same if you don't want these calls.

I believe it's not really a political call. It's a COLLECTION CALL. You listen to the message (poorly done rhetoric) then get connected to the "fund-raiser" who verifies your info. (In my case, they told me "my" name and address but it was actually the name of a gal with the same very common last name as mine, and thankfully NOT my address. We get collection calls for her regularly.) There, now, aren't they getting clever?

Stop the repetitious calls each day .. When u give your phone number to a political cause (fund raising), it seems your number is sold off and your phone constantly and annoyingly rings off the hook for donations.

I have received a few calls from "Anonymous" via 202-599-4867. I have an unlisted unpublished number that is on the do not call list. This line does not take messages. I don't answer. But 9pm on a work night is just too late for calls. It's rude.

Vote and get all your friends to vote!  It time when we have to take back America!  This is not my number bur I saw your post.  Let's do something positive!

Even if the DO NOT CALL list is phony or not, even if you are on there or not, political groups and charities, as well as any company you have had contact with in the past, is allowed to call you.   This stupid government has to get more involved in stopping these unwanted calls.

You do know that political calls are one of the types of calls specifically exempted by the Do Not Call law which applies only to sales calls.  However, they are supposed to honor all requests to be placed on an internal Do Not Call list.  Unfortunately, that list is only temporary and may last only for a specific campaign.  So they can call during election season until you say stop, then call about a specific issue until you say stop then resume for the next issue or election, etc.  Not much we can do about that without new legislation except perhaps purchase one of those 1500 call call block devices or cancel all phone services.

We receive calls from this number, listed as IMPEACH OBAMA.  I guess since I normally vote Republilcan, these jerks figure I'll do business with them.  They have called at least 2-3 times a week for the past several months.  They call early in the mornings and late at night and on Sundays.  I have filed a complaint with the FCC but that doesn't seem to do any good.  Time to get rid of our land line!

Caller ID says "Invalid from DC"....Didn't answer the first time, second time, I answered it, after saying 'hello' 2 or 3 times,. no one would say anything,.

Sick to death of these people calling! They refuse to take me off their calling list. Can't find a place to demand to be removed. I already am signed up for the national no call list, which seems to do NO good. This group is a personal terrorist group that harasses the hard working people of this country.

Certainly hope you're kidding. If not, then you are scarier than they are! If you are, then grow up!!

The caller ID says Impeach Obama. From what I have seen on the internet, this is either a multi-year/long-term scam, or some kind of political spot. If trully political, then it is Republican. And based on statistics, the RNC does NOT need money. The average income of RNC members is well above the average American salary. And, Las Vegas casino money was backing Romney at one point. Scary thought!! What did they want in return? That is a pure for-profit buisness --- no charity from those folks! So -- instead of going ballistic over such calls, just turn around and turn them in to the DO NOT CALL registry. It is MUCH more fun to follow the old saying of DON'T GET MAD -- GET EVEN!!! And indeed, with enough complaints coming in, something WILL be done! And instead of wasting time complaining to everyone, spend that time emailing your congressman.

I got a call from this # this morning... The Caller ID showed "Impeach Obama"  Didn't get to the phone in time, and they left no message... Mght have been interesting to hear what they had to say...

called me 8:35AM on 5/3/13.  No message.  Second call in two days.  Several others in the past. Caller ID says "Impeach Obama".  There is a website for an organization with that name that is filled with crazy stuff and crazier links.  If this is the same organization I would suggest avoiding them like a terminal STD.

He has won popular election twice.  I am a fed-up Republican -- fed up with all the nut-case whack-job sore-loser Republicans who have absconded what used to be a political party with decent worthwhile values.

Remember the old saying "America - Love It or Leave It"?  Perhaps it's time you took a hint from that.  Follow your own advise:  go away yourself, and take the other cry-babies with you!

Another number I receive multiple daily calls from.  What the h**l?  I am so sick of my phone ringing with nobody there.  Is there nothing that can be done about this?

Obama is a delusion made from a mentally ill person/people who want to make this man real. He doesn't even exist as far as I'm concerned. Don't bother calling again you crazy person who called me.

called at 10:13 this am. what a lot of people have been wishing on a star for. hope springs eternal. we all have to watch what we say or write. there is no freedom of speech. not anymore. thank god we can still think what we want. that will be gone next.

This number came up on our Caller ID as "Impeach Obama".  We did not answer it, and they hung up - did not leave a message.  The "Do Not Call" List doesn't seem to work on this kind of call.

Why wouldn't it be?    it's an opnion,  not a death threat.   And Even though it has been slowly taken away over the years,  Freedom of Speech still exists doesn't it?

Calls from Jim Lavin and Washington DC.....asking for money.  Take my phone # off these lists please!

Different names keep coming up on the call ID but there is never anyone on the line.
