Today I Got a Call From 202-600-4634 he told his name is Cabin Peterson.He Told Me This Call From IRS center he told me today they get a Criminal Record Case Againest Me and He Told Me i need to find a IRS Lawyer Then i told him i no need a Lawyer And Cut off  My Cell Phone Line Then He Call Again With Same Number and Leave a voice message that i need to call back him again and need to talk with him about my Case ,He give same Number 202-600-4634 to cal back.
so what i need to do now?i don't have any idea.thanks

I got a call today and ask me to call at 202 600 4634 and talk to philip Arthur or Ronie Cooper.. claiming that IRS has file a case against me. whn I ask them whats the case no. said not allow to give the case no. then i said IRS do not call they sent a mail.. said jst talk to Ronie.

add 202-600-4559, 202-600-4551 and 202-600-4440..the name they say is James Morgan, Shawn White, David Morgan, Jason sth, Carl Cooper etc..these folks sound like indian..might be operating from call centers located in INDIA..claim to be from IRS and threaten the receiver saying they have a criminal case against them such as tax neglect, money laundering etc and ask to pay through Green.Money pak..

I received a call from Philip Arthur, telling me that he is from the IRS on Saturday, August 24, 2013, telling me that I owe $2,500.00 from 2008 - 2012 taxes, they put me on hold  three times and I heard him speak Hindu to the person next to him.. In the message he said Good luck and he told me there is a warrant for my arrest if I do not pay the $2,500.00.  The call came from 202 600-2012..  this is disturbing as a citizen of the USA for someone sitting in different countries to scam innocent tax paying people.  Hope they get caught..

here's a  few  other  numbers  posted  from  the   same  area  code  offering a  wide  variety  of  scams  /  fake  emails and  scams  after  posting  something  on   craigslist   (  old  scam  )  ...... collecting  for  non  existant  "  payday  loans "....free  money / scam  giveaways /  calling  on  behalf  of  a  humane  society..... $1,000's  in  free  gov't  money.........  etc  etc.....stories  change  out  all the  time......and  the  usual  nonsense!!!

I got a same type of call yesterday. They were also Indian man clamming that they were calling from IRS. They were really rude & threatening. I did call police and filed a report.

I received this call on a Saturday at 11:00am. When I asked who I was speaking to he said his name was Kevin Peter. I said " you don't sound like a Kevin Peter, more like a Khumal Patel." He said I need to call 202-600-4521 and speak with Ronny Cooper, when I did I reached a Philip Arthur. He in turn said Ronny Cooper was busy and asked for my number so he could call me back. I told him you called me and you have my number. He hung up. Using this site I confirmed it was a scam like I thought and I also knew the IRS doesn't give you a pre-notification call as Kevin called it. Good luck all and don't give them anything.

This is the second time I got this call ...i will be editing to the non emergency no. Even if they are sitting in another country, I will be still reporting

It is fraud and a scam to extort money out of you! The irs does not call you! If they need to - they send via mail!

File a report to your local irs office.. and also please file reports with the FBI, your state attorney general and Department Of Justice,FTC & FCC..

Even I received the phone call and when I return their call and asked for their ID and verify my identity they threatened me NOT TO PLAY WITH THEM and arrest in another 20 minutes. I spoke to my Tax consultant and he thinks it is Fraud.

IRS sends letters via the U.S. Post Office.  They DO NOT call you.

My friend's just received a phone call from this phone #202-600-4521 and asking to couple thousands dollars for four yrs tax due.  Asking to immediately otherwise coming out to arrest him by tomorrow at 9;00 a.m..  Definitely fraud should be reporting very soon.

I think we should post this number on Yahoo groups, saying that its some HOT Girl's number... Everyone will start calling this Indian Jurk.

I got a call from this number, the guy (Ronny) said he is from IRS and I owe them 4000 dollars (lol).
I said ok Where is your office located? He hung up on me, and did'nt pick up the call again. I am from Asia and I can understand and talk back in heavy indian accent too... I badly want to report this number.

Got a call from this number, said they wanted to talk to my wife regarding a fraud case that IRS filing against her. They talked to me, which is kind of stupid, they should talk only ot my wife. They asked me to call back and talk to officers Ronnie Cooper or Philip Artthur. The number give to call was the same as the one the call came from, weird. Calling IRS to let find out directly from them and also to let them know about this number.

got a call from this number and said there is case against me with the IRS.  I asked him why he was taliking witha na Indian accent - he said "have you gone mad?" - in an Indian accent.  LOL.  I called this number back and it was answered by Phillips.....IRS.

Glad i found this. Think I might answer his next call.

Yeah these guys are a joke!! I decided not to even return their call but this Indian freak kept calling me. So finally on the 4th call I picked up and returned the favor by just bs-ing the entire call in an Indian accent myself. The guy was so confused and hung up after a bit. Called them back and "Ronny" picks up after just uses foul language. I'll have fun reporting them!
