Received a call from Kim Leon who said that she's with the government giving out grants and for me to go to western Union and send in $250 dollar disposit and they will stay on the phone until my sum of $7050 is sent to me throgh Western Union.  They got me and I am as maid as hell and I need them to be jailed for scaming  elderly people as myself.    Then I was told that I had to pay tax on the grant money before I could receive my $8500  and I had already given them my money for my medication.

I got the call today saying that they are from us federal govt ,I got 7800 dollars ,from govt because paying charges in time ,and he said to go  and collect money in western union ,and he gave me a code. and said to call this number 2026210067

idk what number called me but same scenario said i qualified and had a pakastanian accent like no other and gave me this number to call 2027381987. he said i would talk to a mister franklin stewart ... however he already knew my full first and last name even spelled it correctly, also knew my address sity state and zip and just asked me to verify that was me and then instructed me to call that number and give my verifacation code

I'm so tired of these people calling asking for my account now number talking about I can recieve grant money. If you they don't am going to filed charges on them.

I just got a call from 1-999-998-8888 she told me that I would be getting a gov. grant for $7000. She confirmed some of my information, and then told me that I needed to call the grant processing number. Okay so Icalled this number, and asked many question. When she got to the part about the fed reserve, and wiring $200 to some third world country as a donation. I then started to goolge the number and told the lady with an acent that I was reading this was a scam and hung up the phone

Almost got happy for a second,but the guy sounded like he was from the middle east with the name Steve Johnson. YEAH RIGHT    I GOT TO PAY MONEY TO GET MONEY, IS THIS A GRANT OR THE LOTTERY. I

I got a call from unknown name and unknown number from a foreigner woman hard to understand her also. she gave the 2026210067 and the id # i talked to a jacob and he said to go to western union and send 225.00 and to call and ask for jacob . i told him i was going to do it but western union was a couple of hours away he said to hurry that it was already 3:00 and they close at 6. i can get to a western union in like 5 minutes. now just wait for him to call back  and he will get a mouthfull. it was also grant money for 7000.00

These f****rs called me like 3 times in one day. All were clearly of middle eastern decent, with name like Mike Smith, Nicole Williams. I told them I didnt have a bank account and wanted the $7,000 in cash. They said go to western union. They hung up i called back, they said it costs $250.00 to get the $7,000 in cash and when I asked where the $ goes to they replied ''Africa''

Possible fraud

I did not believe this from the very beginning.it just didn't seem right. They have called me twice from the same 1877 something # and then give me a confirmation # and # to call...202-
6210067. I'm like Yea right like that's real. I had something similar happen 7 yrs.ago and i fell for it that time and I cashed the check at My bank and sent in My payment with was supposed to be for sweepstakes and I ended up owing My bank money. It was awful. These people need to be stopped. They are trying to rob people blind.

Hahaha! I got the same call today. I thought, why would the government hire foreigners to work in the govt? Arent you supposed to be a US citizen to work? lol! I spoke with a lady with a deep Indian accent saying the same. Funny thing was she couldnt spell Portland Street. lol. My sister works at Western Union and she said she had many customers screwed over by this type a call. lol. Thank God for Yahoo!

i just got a call and they said i had a 10,400 grant and wanted my card number or bank account number to be put in 45 mins after i got off the phone

I received a call from this number 0n 12-2-11 from a. Steve with a foreign accent.  I just played along with him and told him to take the 200 dollars out and just send me the remainder,he could not do this.  I figured it to be a scam from the very beginning. Nothing in life is actually free.

And she told me i was approved for a 7000.00 grants she gave me a confirmation number and told me wind we hang up to call 202-621-0067 and i did. And than and other lady anwer the phone and she said her name was Andy Simth she told me in order to get the 7000.00 grant money i need to send 200.00 it's going towards a fundsing in pankstain. So i told her i didn't have that she put me on hold and than came back and told her manager said she they can could do it for 110.00 dollors she told me to western union it to her and than she said she meet some other name were she couldn't pronounce. And i told her i think this is a scam and she cussed me out and that was the in of that. That same numder call me back in the Thursday 12/1/11 morning

He stated to go to the nearest Western Union. I stated that it is 40 minute away. He stated why are you trying to give me a hard time. I just got a call and was told I had a 7,000.00 Grant.They told me they was from the Tresery department in Washington D.C. She told me it was because I have never filed bank rupse and want my information. I told them to send me a check, because I was not going to give them anything.
