They called my folks and I called these guys back, no answer but I didn't leave a message. They called back the next day saying they were looking for my ex wife and she was involved in a legal matter but of course had no information of the legal matter at that moment and that they needed to speak to me or my exwife. I asked what this was regarding and they said a legal matter. I say "what is the name of your company" She replies "we are in Washington DC" I ask again "what is the name of the firm" She replies "We handle claims in DC"
I ask why can't you answer my question? She replys "we are called processing claims center" Told her to go f*** herself and she hung up.

Call the number, give them hell. Dirtbags.

Just received a call and they wouldn't even give the name of the place that was calling and they said I had called them.  They are crazy.  People like this should be prosecuted.  They scare people to death with their unlawful tactics.

I received a call from the same person saying the same thing. I asked the name of the law firm which is Samuelson Law firm and I called them, and I asked the representative if a Troy Martin worked there he said no and I explained the situation and he told me to make a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. and I did.

I also receiving a call from this guy, unbelievable, I just BLOCKED the phone # I can't deal with telemarketers or people trying to say I'm calling from a Law Office to try and intimidate me to believing any kind of serious matter of a Debt I may owe.  If you don't get it in writting don't listen to them. If they have your information as they claim then send me a legal notice. It ends there...

Received a call from 202-621-2523!  It is a scam!
First of all who would give a law degree to someone that can barely speak

really guess you work for them because according to the attorney general they have to follow legitimate debt collection protocol which does not include threats and harrassment.  If anybody continues to hear from them immediately report them

OMG, I got a called from this # also. He said his name was Paul and that my attorney or myself need to contact him ASAP. Or the situation I am in will only get worst. And if I dont return his call like I was told all he could do is which me LUCK in the future. He didn't state his reason for calling.  THIS was a voicemail I got on 7/17*2012 at 5:55pm.  I called the number back no answer. So with the post I read here I will try to get as much info I can.

They called me too. They have info. Turn the number in to the attorney general. If they dont get enough complaints they will not pursue it.

Got a voicemail from this number from a hindu sounding man with a very thick accent. He ask for a name I did not recognize.

Has anyone here took out one of those next day loans? No credit check, bad credit ok situations???  Because Im wondering if there is a pattern here? I didnt get calls from this HINDU jerk until I took out one of these loans.......

OMG...4 calls plus 1 to my employer later I called them back informed them that I had notified them that I had called my attorney, my local police, and the FBI and before hangning up on me he stated (in clearer english than ever used before) to suck his BLEEP!...Then I called back and he said don?t you dare call me?3rd call cause now I am loving this?he cursed my in Indian?now just a busy signal.

I've been receiving a call from this 202 # for about a week. I don't answer #'s I don't know but was tired of the number calling. I answered today he had a really bad accent I could barely hear him . He said he needed my attorneys info because I was being sued for an unpaid loan. I asked him from where. He said he couldn't tell me. I started asking where he was located he told me DC. I asked from where he told me the Samuelson Law firm. Asked me to hold on he was going to transfer me.I hung up. He called me right back and asked why I hung up he is trying to help me but if I don't want his help I will be arrested. I laughed and said be arrested for what? A law suit I havent been notified in writing about. I was worried the first time I received a call a couple months ago like this. My lawyer told me not to give any information to them just have them call him.

This 2026212523 is calling me about me giving him my lawyer and threating me about some unpaid load he call me three times this today, threating to sue me and good luck he also call me from two other number..

It been about 2 weeks and I am still here. There will never be an arrest. I talked to police they cant do anything unless I have a physical address. I need a lawyer. But he isnt any good because I really dont have a strong case. All I got is a phone number and a made up name" Troy Martin" linked to a un confirmed address. Got a letter from the attorney general and they cant  do a thing because I dont have any details. I talked to the police and he told me I should let it go because All they are going to do is make up another name and change their number. He stated if these people were desperate to find me they would have already done so a long time ago. All this bologne about me getting jailed was a bunch of crap. I got scared. I admit it. But I am not hiding and I have since then changed my numbers. I no longer receive those threats. There is no "LAW OFFICE." There never was. It is all fake people. So just let it go. Law offices dont arrest you. Police do. I did all the research I could I talked to everyone I could and got the same answer. LET IT GO. Folks we do not have enough evidence on these rat buckets. SO I must also let this case go. It is a cold case with a dead end. These address and info I found is not enough. So I am moving on. We all must move on.

Got a call from this number and this dude started threatening my husband with arrest at his job tomorrow if we didn't pay him 756 dollars. I told him my husband was not home and I would have to get back to him. Well after I hung up I did some investigating and called the law firm that he said that he was with and the lawyer said that they had gotten over 30 calls about this situation. I then reported the information to the FTC. I then called the dude back and told him I thought he was trying to scam me and he started threatening me again so I told him to send me the information in writing and if I actually owed it then I would pay but only after I recieved a statement in the mail. He got really obnoxious with so I hung up on him. REPORT this to the Federal Trade Commision. They are a scam

I've received a few of these calls too, After a few weeks of harassment, I finally returned the call immediately and got no answer. This morning, I decided to try again, after another rude, threatening voice mail, and was informed that I was committing fraud by taking out a loan and not repaying it. When I asked who the loan was with, he simply did the same thing, threatened me with jail, called me a son of a bi*** and hung up on me, refusing to accept my call.

I've gotten multiple calls from this number, after hearing one of their voicemails, I was curious and suspicious, so I returned the call and got no answer, left a message. I got another call this morning and decided again to return the call, since the guy's accent was so thick I could barely understand what was said.  I got an answer from this guy claiming to be Troy Martin, a paralegal, who proceeds to tell me I'm being sued for committing fraud-taking out a loan and not repaying it. When I asked who the loan was with he simply told me that my a** was going to be arrested, called me a son of a bi*** and then hung up on me, refusing to answer my call when I tried to call back. Unless these people can provide me with the evidence that a court will require, threaten me all you want.

Please have them stop calling my work and home!..... I do not owe them money. They  call me from the number above. telling me I will go to jail and be arested. They have been calling my work all morning..... Thursday

I am receiving the same calls one of them even called me a muther------ because I told him I thought he was lying because he couldn't even speak english. what a law firm. However I know I didn't even receive a payday loan I don't even have a bank account.

Its a scam..they called me last week Monday...its now Wednesday...these people r fake and thieves. Do not pay a dime. These people r not real. I was freaked out too. After coming here I foung the truth and did extensive research...read my previous post.
