They're still at it.  My daughter got scammed thinking she was getting a MONKEY!  Same deal, her son died, she needs to give it away, you pay shipping, etc.  Tracy Hesky was the name they used, 9284768591 was the phone number.  I didn't know about this until it was too late, one google search and five minutes later, I knew it was a scam.

I just looked online and there was a Siberian Husky that this person was giving away because he said his wife and son died in a car accident and he couldnt take care of it.  It said he was where I lived so I contacted him via email and he sent those exact same emails to me with the 202-629-9366 number so I tried to call and its an answering service or something weird. the picture that I saw when I first saw the dog was not the same as the pics he sent me in the email.  I looked on here and saw all this. He said he now lived in New york and we would have to pay 250.00 to get her shipped to us.  email was from johncasca20@ymail.com.. and the website I found her on was www.dogsnow.com.

I replied to a ad about a beagle puppy and now the person is named jennifer rose with the same number to send 220 dollars to have dog shipped.  I know when i smell b***s*** so i googled the number and this appeared i knew it.

Thanks for the heads up. I too saw the add on the puppy carlin and wanted to purchase her. He said to provide my address and name for shipping. Pay a company 200.00 for shipping. Should I hesitate?

I just replied to a craigslist add for a dog and he says its in Alaska and 202-629-9366 is the number he gave I am assuming it is a scam!
