This is Leslie again after i told this guy not to call he called my friend again and told her I was wrong and rude and she was going to loose her chance to win money

Hello my name is leslie and a friend of mine kept getting these calls and tell her she won some money and also a trip. But before she could get the money she needed to send them $900.00 when she told them she didnt have that amount they told her should could send $500.00.

When she told me about this I called them at 202-629-9438 off course they had no answering machine. I was looking for Roman Villailobos I called them from my work number.  A man called back and he stated his name was Mark.  When I spoke English he hung up.  Roman called me back and said his boss Mark told me to call me.  Right away Roman new the name of my friend, I asked him the name of his company and he said NGC National Gaming Council.

As he was speaking to me I googled that name and nothing came up.  I asked for his website and he said they dont have one because there are bad people who get into firewall and steal peoples information.

I told him he was a fraud and a fake.  Then he said he wouldnt talk to me anymore and he would only talk to my friend.

He wanted me to send him the money to

I get these calls 2-3x per week, sometimes more.  They are rude when you ask them to remove your number, or they hang up.  All the numbers are spoofs.  I hope you can shut these idiots down.

I work for the US Army, and recieved this call at my desk on an Army Post.  It told me that I was approved for a $10K loan, please press 1 for further information.  Not sure what this is, but they have a set to call the US Army with a scam.  They left me a message on my vmail (which clearly identifies me and the fact that I work for the US military).  I called back on the following Monday and the line was busy.

third time in a row: this time I made up that I was a business owner and talked to the people from a company supposedly called First Allied Funding, supposedly was talking to a "Blake Alexander" (but it sounded more like a Vinny from the Sopranos- maybe from Queens NYC), they supposedly are in the business of "merchant cash advances", gave him a bunch of stuff about my fake business, he was supposed to fax me a copy of the application but I have received nothing as of 4pm cst.

This call was for the business owner (I'm a housewife) about a loan. They have called before using a different number, and leaves the same message every time.

Thanks for doing this.  I've been getting daily calls from this number for several days now.  The most recent was today, June 27, 1:05 CT.  When the caller learns I am not interested in a loan, but want to talk to their supervisor, they quickly hang up.

They called at 10:28 AM ON 6-27-08, I answered, I said hello 3 times, and  they hung up

I received a call from this company on 6/27 at 11:11 a.m. I am on the national do not call list(that makes no difference whatsoever, since I receive 10-15 harassing telemarketing calls per day) and I'm not a business, but I pressed one anyway to ask who they were.  A girl answered and said<"First Allied, how can I help you?"
I asked, "What company is this?"  She immediately hung up on me.  Go figure.

It is a clone of many other calls I have received and I'm tired of it.

My intention is to identify a sufficient number of victims and offenders to initiate a federal class action lawsuit against (a) individual harassing companies and (b) the telephone companies that facilitate their customers harassment of other customers. Action against the LECs and CLECs would be based on their permitting fraudulent caller ID information (i.e. phone numbers that when called back are "not in service"), their failure to assist customers being harassed, their REFUSAL to block incoming calls from specific numbers that are long distance, and their refusal to provide  specific assistance from their "security department" to victims of such harassment without charge.
