They've been calling once or twice a day for about a week.  The first time, when I heard who they were, I wanted to take the survey just because I knew they wouldn't like my answers.  But the format was a voice-recognition system and I simply refuse to talk to robots (except to say "I don't talk to robots" until they give up and connect me with a human), whether they or I initiate the call.  If they had provided for touch-tone response, I probably would have completed the survey and maybe they'd have disappeared.  Thanks for the number.  I'll try it tomorrow.  Hopefully this will all end when the NYS Senate finishes its session.

We recieve at least 10 calls per day!  Then, followed by "Are you registered to vote in NY?"

Have gotten numerous phone calls from this 'washington, d.c.' number and was never home when they called.  I was home the other night when they called and actually answered the survey with hopes that the calls would stop coming.  BUT they did not.  2 or 3 calls A DAY.  Called the 202-457-8060 and they said they'd contact the call center to remove my number.  I did the darn survey, I shouldn't have to get another call!!  UGH!

This worked for me. Call this number to be taken off the list:

This is a survey on Gay Marriage in NY.  They call several times a day whether you answer the survey or not.  They even leave messages that they will call back if you don't answer.  It's very annoying.

I'm also getting numerous phone calls from "Data2011AIC".  They call several times a day now for over 2 weeks.  I want to thank Larry for that telephone number he posted.  I called it today and there was a voice at the other end.  The gentleman asked for the telephone number I wanted to remove from the "Call List".  Let's hope this works.  Thanks again Larry.  Just for everyone's information, "Do Not Call Registry" does not include political calls, surveys etc.  Mainly for telemarketers.

getting the same harrassing calls for one month now every day. phone company said they cannot block call due to being long distance? we have verizon and that does not sound like a good reason. this is very annoying and invasion of home. hope someone can give advise as to who needs to be notified to investigate this harrassment. the public seems to be at the mercy of these automated phone callers.

this is crazy! there should be someway to stop these calls.It is on automatic call every day for month so far. my phone company said they are not able to block this call because it is not local. if anyone knows who to contact for help with this, please submit message for all to see. we are on no call list but that makes no difference.

calls everyday and leaves a message for survey. leaves no return phone number or name. we have to delete message from phone everyday for one month already. this is invasion of home and annoying.

I get a call from that number relentlessly.  I just tried to block it and see if it works.  Even if you take the survey and answer the question it still calls you make no matter what you answer.  This is harrassment.

I am on Do Not Call list. Don't know how they have this number.  Ridiculous.

Getting phone calls two to three times per day from this number for performing a telephonic survey on marriage.  I have completed the survey several times but they just continue to call me.  How do I stop them?

These calls have been going on for weeks now!  It's all computer activated so you cannot reach/respond at all....finally answered and it was a survey about same sex marriage.....asking if I was a registered voter and when I said yes asking my response to the marriage law that is currently being decided in Albany New York. I responded and still keep getting the calls. The only way to stop this is to pay the phone company to block the number and I am so not doing that....AGAIN! these marketing companies are relentless......thanks for your help!

THEY CALLED WHEN MY HUSBAND AND I WERE ASLEEP, we have to be up early for work, I"M ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST, THIS DOESN'T"T HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!! Got a robo call from this number and when I said "hell no" to the crap they were pushing about more drilling in AK, they said "thanks for your support." Who the hell is this, where did they get my number and why do they think it is okay to robo call ME? Thought the do not call list would remove me from this crap.

Persistent unwanted calls from this number for the past 3 to 4 months. The caller's name sounds like Don  Bell or Brown from  the Natl Org for Families. I've just put my house numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry. Hope that helps.

I received a call from this number about Obamacare.  The caller gave his name, but I still hung up.
