stop calling me  I reported ur # to the police

I got multiple calls from this number. i want to Block it.

I just got a call from this number. When i mentioned it was a scam he yelled in my ear and hung up.

Received several phone calls daily for the last 3/4 days from 202-470-078 and 202-666-4401 never answered and they leave no message.

This phone number cxalls me multiple times a day and tells me have been slected for a grant and then proceed to ask for my banck information so they can transfer the funds. Whta idiots! you think i would tell a perfect stranger, over the phone, what my banck account number is?? Just nuts! I have told them to stop calling and that I will report them. They just keep calling. I have just stopped answering.

I keep receiving these calls from this number every day. It like being harrassed.

I got a call from them today saying i was awarded a grant for $8400 and when he asked for my bank information or debit card number i told him i was not comfortable on giving it out being involved in identity theft before and he got kind of angry and said we are from the us treasury and we are located in dc if u want i can just put here that you don't want the grant and so i told him i didnt have time right now because i am at work. I am at work but didnt trust that he wanted my bank information so i wanted to look into it first. I am glad i did when he calls later ill make sure to tell him that I looked up the number and its a scam we'll see what happens later

They called me 3 times this morining. Every time I picked up the phone they hung up within 2 seconds. Right when I said "hello" they hung up.

They called wanting me to give them my credit card number and checking account which I did not give them....claiming I was 1 of 15000 that they chose ni the us to receive money

They also call my cell many times a day and a few days in a row, before this calls I got some other calls even worst they would call my cell and immediately if I wouldn't answer they would call my home, when I would answer my cell this guy with heavy accent would ask me if I wanted to be represented in a legal case, ( which in real life I do have) at the beginning I said I'm represented already so they would stop calling but nothing changed they continue calling up to 5 times a day even sundays, for 2 months stop then in a week I started getting this calls, the wead thing is the same accent, ask for my name and if I confirm a girl says my name but it sound like some of my friends voice and this girl when she says my name she says shorter version for ex. Mari instead of Maria, just as some of my friends say it with same voice as theirs

There location is near Randall center and capitol st not anywhere near any US government department

Yea i got the same call that because I've been a good citizen I would get 8400$ and wouldnt haft to worry about paying it back or tax or anything. And they already knew so much about me, but what got really CREAPY is the guy asked me if I was single like 4 times through the conversation and after I said no thanks like 3 times he asked me one last time if i was single and I said yea, and he said "so your single and ready to mingle right" and i was like ummmmyea i guess. then he tells me his name is Mac Miller and wants to know if I will date him and meet him somewhere, and i said no and then he begens to beg to date me.....this was all very creapy since he knew where i lived so i just hung up on him.

i hope someone looks into this issue, they should be tracked and arrested.

Just received a call from the federal grant program in Washington D.C.  Told them to take me off his list or I was going to report him,.  he was belligerent and told me  go ahead and report him  Put the number on my reject list.

They called me and told me about the $8,400.00 then called today I was not home. So finding this web page, I know what to say about this, shame on these so call person GOD WILL  SPEAK FOR ME.

Watch out for them idiots!!!! They been calling for the past several days. I never answer numbers I do not know. Do not want to waste airtime. I checked the number to find out where that number comes from. Then seen that it is a scam number. Finally I answerd the cell this morning to play their game. I was approved for a grant for washington. I asked him his name, call back number, name of company and supervisors name. He would not give that to me he said in a forgion accent. Then confronted him on the phone and stop calling me with a few choice words as I told him this is a scam and hung up. He calls me back swearing every name in the book and threaten to come kill me. I said bring it on since you think you know where I am and told him to have a nice day before hanging uo. He tried calling back again but mute the phone. Guess he didn't get my info or money. Never give out personnal information to whom you do not know. They cannot get real jobs.

Same deal - called from this number and said I had received a grant for $8400 and wanted to verify my info - I asked if they could send me something in writing because I do not verify info over the phone and she hung up.  Would love to know if authorities are doing any thing about this.

These guys have been found out and will be taken down in a matter of weeks.The Federal Trade Comission is all over it.

They called me about receiving a grant from the US government also.  I said before they continued that I wanted a name and call back number.  They hung up on me

202 666 4401 has called me twice a day for 4 days. I answered today. Right off the bat I was suspicious due to the heavy accent. Then I wondered why would the government give me a grant when I have a perfectly good G.I. Bill I haven't used yet. I'm trained in how to spot phishing attempts and fraudulent activity so I went along with it just to see what information I could get from them. As soon as he asked to verify some of my information I told him I would not be giving any information over the phone and before I could finish my sentence they he hung up.

Is this true? They have your personal information?

I got a call from 202 666 4401 yesterday (7/29/13) and they hung up when I answered and they called today and didn't leave a voicemail. Sounds very similar to the other posts I am reading on this page. They are calling my cell phone. How do I stop them? Are they selling my number to other scammers?

They keep calling and I ask them everytime what Agency has authorized such a program when our Armed Forces can't even be deployed properly.  Hmmm then they hang up cause they know they been found out.

called me and harrased me, said they were gonna blow up my house. i called him a towelhead c**** jockey and muslims are the biggest p**sies in the world and laughed at him non stop til he hung up.

Got a call from 2026664401 saying us treasurey. I said its illegal to pretend to be a government official.  He got mad and said he was gonna blow my house up. I laughed and started  talking back to him in his towelhead accent and made fun of muslims and how they are the biggest p**sys in the world..  what sum Muslims are.

Just hang up some type of scam

I rec'd a call today from this # telling me that I was the recipient of a $8K grant from the federal gov't because I had good credit.  They wanted to verify my contact info.  When I asked them to send me an email explaining the program, they told me to 'go to hell' and hung up.

They call me claiming to be with the us goverment and I will receive a grant for 8400.00. They said they must have a card I asked if I could receive a check like when u get ur income tax. The man saud they only issue money into bank accounts and ii asked f I could have the name and main number of their ranch. He had no answer but a fake name of us grants department and his same number. This is such a scam.

Sounds like a plan to me, if I could figure out how to do it!
