I received a call from this same number with the same threat as the previous individuals have posted. This is a HUGE SCAM. People......BEWARE....under no circumstances give out your personal information especially bank info. She would not identify her company name and she would not fax or email me any documentation to prove I owed monies to anyone!!!! Thank goodness I DID NOT give her my email address. Don't fall for it.

fortunately my bank didn't follow through with the transaction so I didn't lose any money... thank god.. but I would have lost 400 dollars but I will follow with making a report.

Unfortunately, there is nothing you CAN do. Your money is gone.

nancy hightower called me and also pretended to be a lawyer and said I will be arrested within 30min if I didn't pay a loan that supposebly owed but unfortunately I did fall now that I just found out it was all a scam what can I do to get my money back

I just a received a call from some lawyer office supposedly from a lady named Nancy Hightower. She said that I owed money from some loan place from 4 years ago. She also stated that her office sent me documentation to an address I haven't been at for about 8 years. When I asked her to send me a copy of everything she said she didn't have to and that a warrent will be issues in an hour for my arrest. When I told her I'm contacting my family lawyer she hung up on me. This is a huge SCAM and in no way give these people any info

I received a call from a women claiming to beaa lawyer her name was Nancy hightower. I told her I didn't have to believe her on the phone to send me documentation. She said she didn't have to provide those. So she thinks i am stupid enough to believe her.

A woman called pretending to be a lawyer but its a "SCAM". Plus she had the nastiest attitude ever!!! DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR INFO!! SERIOUSLY SHE MUST THINK IM DUMB! CAUSE A LAWYER WOULD ALREADY HAVE YOUR ADDRESS PHONE NUMBER ETC ONCE AGAIN ITS A SCAM FOR MONEY. DONT GIVE YOUR INFO OUT TO HER.
