      I have had this call three days in a row, I would answer and they would hang up.  I actually got to talk to the idiot calling yesterday, I too could not understand him, but what I could was he was from the gov. and was calling to release a $7000.00 no repay grant. He wanted us to get a green dot money pak card and put 125.00$ on it to up the amount that the card would hold.  Once we got the card we were to Call a # 202-559-7936 with a 6 digit confirmation code while we were at western union.  I tried to call the number back that kept calling but it would tell me it could not completed as dialed or it was not in service, this is the number they called from 202-191-5555.  

They are trying to get me for 150!!! said I will receive 10,000 Gov Grant that DOES NOT have to be paid back!....Their number is...203-285-8497.."Tony". and "Alex" told me to put the money on Green Dot Paycard, give them the info and ALL the money would go back on the card!!!...Whonare these guys?...Definitely NOT American , but using very American names....and using innocent Americans to pad their pockets!!!...FBI, Federal Trade Commision and President should get these a***oles!...I almost asked my son in the Army for the money until I did this search!!!....Thank U HONEST Americans!......

I went through the same process they played me for my money, 1,000 I was played for and I want to know how can I even go about sueing ...

Don't trust these people they are scammers. I am sending a letter to the higher ups so they can look into this a lot deeper. They need to be arrested and people get they money back

Same  story different number and amount, I told them this was a scam and that the gov. does not just give this money away like this. They had my whole name and address. Amount was $8400, said there was no taxes and did not have to pay it back. I requsted info from them so I could verify. Gave me an address of 200 SW Independence Avenue, Washington DC 20201. I told them to mail me some info so I could do a background check. Ha, sorry SOB's Wanted my bank info or credit card number, I pretty much told them to go fly a kite. Said I would not give any info like what he was requesting on the phone. Indian accent, could hardly understand him. I could hear others in the background making the same calls to other people.

These people keep calling my phone trying to get me to send them money.

On the 26 of march 2014 I received a phone call from this stupid Indian man telling me that I won 7,400 in grant money.he told me his name was NHL Ny Craig and that I shoul go to any pharmacy or any family dollar and get a green dot money pack voucher.this was his phone number 202738139 and this was his account manager number 2027381393.address is 200 independent south west ave Washington dc 20201.he also gave me a confirmation number and told me that they work under health and human services.people be careful watch for this 202 number and this washington dc address.

The first number they called me from was deactivated as soon as I called the second number. I just offer to sell him Avon. Lol simple if you haven't token necessary steps to apply for grants or government funds don't expect a call or a letter out any thing like that. Kk yall people be safe good day 202 738 1957

I too got a similar call but the guys name was Steven Norton, and when I googled the address it shows up as some federal center metro station in which the caller couldn't recall.  FBI need to get in on this.

I just got a call from a msn named kensmith. They told me I was eligible for a $9, 000 grant n it is free from the goverment for paying my taxes n not filing bankruptcy, they gave me a approval number and asked me to call a stephanie styler , (202)6846825. This man knew my name and address n he said this was legitamate and from the government. I called that number and it just rang and rang then some giy picked up and told me she was on another line and to call back and I did just to see what they were up to well she answered and yes both parties were deffinately not from the u.s. she asked me to purchase a green dot voucher for ,4.00 and put 250 on this voucher and I would get it back when Ireceived my wire of 9,000. I asked now why would I do this if the money is free, she replied 250 ,is nothing if your gonna get 9,000, and said she didnt have time to answer my questions and gave me the same add 200 independence ave, washington, dc 20201. Well, everyone they got our addresses n guess wat the police in our area will tell us we would have to go to that state to press charges so dont send anymoney cuz, we wont get it back. They need to work a real job and see what its like to be a real citizen of the u.s. n stop scamming us just go back where they came from.

I received a call to get 10,000 dollars since i have not files for babk raptcy In six months he said. he asked me if the name they have for me was correct which it was but the address he told me was wrong. i saud it was correct just sering what he eould say next. he told to call his manager. i asked where they were located, and he gave me this number 2069239681 for a Caroline  Thomas  at the address below.

Since I live n DC I asked why is the area code different. He replied because that is a business number that they use. I called it just rang.

I revived a call this morning from a man Who called himself Jack Harris. He had a strong asain accent.
He said he was calling on a government issued grant for $ 10,000 and that there is some thousands of people that the government gives free grant money to, blah blah . He never gave a company name only said  he was with "government organization, human resources".
He gave me the address

Then gave me the phone number (202)241-4128

He only asked for my name, address and checking account #s. Said I can revive the grant direct deposit in 45minutes. I was asking all kinds of questions, such as, "If this is from the government why haven't you confirmed my SS# or birth date", since this was a "government issued grant?"   and  "How can you deposit all of this money so quickly for a grant"..
The man then kept repeating himself about how California is a taxable state and I have to Pay $291 to the IRS before I receive my grant. HE COULD NOT GIVE ME ANY ANSWERS! LOL
I asked more questions , and told him "I herd you the first time, i understand what you are saying and you are not answering my questions! "  
Then when I told him No thank you you can cancel it, He Hung up with no hesitation!

I just called back the number and mentioned how i spoke to a JAck Harris  and when mentioning cancellation he hung up on me. They DID NOT ask who I was but Clearly KNEW ! I went on and told them they are scamming and need to get a real job. The man then said "IF THIS WAS A SCAM I WOULD HAVE DRAINED YOUR BANK ACCOUNT ALREADY" , My mom and I then laughed and told this man If this was a professional organization they would not have said that. I hung up, and the number 202 241 4128 Continuously CALLED ME  8 times!!!!
I answered a couple times, called them low life foreigners, scamers...I had to block the number! He left a voice mail on the last call saying "F*** YOU ALL OF UR FAMILY MEMBERS  YOU F****NG W***E U F****NG BI*** DONT EVER TRY TO CALL HER U F****NG BI*** .....mumbling... COME AND S*** MY **** "  

LOL !!!!!!! AND HE COULD NOT SPEAK ENGLISH VERY WELL AT ALL!  Barley knew how to cuss someone out in English!

I just.called this number and spoke to a guy name Oscar Perez stating that I was approved for a 11500 and made me wire 795.  And know asking for 499 so my bank can process it into my account. Im trying to receive my money back but they got me on hold for hours.

said his nam was james carter and all these other bs me tellin him i had no money wat so ever to pay for fees and was like ok give me acard number so i can deposit i told i was ganna pik up the chek my self and he said no mam we dnt want yu goin thru all that trouble and bs about it ssid it was only ganna be one fee and i asked him uf he was ganna pay for every other fukin fee that was ganna pop out infront but he was this is yur money not mine ha fukker ....why wud ppl try and fuk w this and he said to send the money and day ima friend that dont say im sending it to the government

Got a call from a john cooper telling me I have been approved for $10,200. Gave the independence ave dc address. Gave me a currency approval number and told me the money would transferred in 20 to 25 minutes and to call back to validate the approval number. They called me I need a green dot card. I told him to send me a confirmation letter. He started getting mad telling me he can send me a cancellation letter only. So I gave him 20 questions, I know I made his blood boil. He asked me did I have a hearing problem. But I am the type of person I like to piss people off for a reason, Especially when you calling me trying to pull off a scam. i  got call from Kevin Jones saying that i was approve for gvt grant that this money was non tax.wood not have to pay back for a sum  of 8.800. dollars just pay 200. prosded fee just go to rite aid or walmart.and get .green dot money pac so i did That so federal reserd  bank  from ny. city said that i had to put up a 499.dollar security deposit of. and it wii go on to my debt card when he should at fist .so if made a mistake 200.dollar prossing fee  why give up money to money. when he should have told me the beging the number was 2024703933  kb3460

hi Mr Richard Lee called said I was granted a federal govt  grant for 8400 dollars and need to pay a fee of 245 dollars to get it I did then asked me 400 dollars and 750 dollars  to transfer the money The person called me gave me his name as  Max Lee and also give me an employ id no 0014jb80 and the phone no 202 407 7222 ext  732  and finally he I have to transfer another 799 dollars and I will finally get all these fees expect 245 dollars .so total amount I will recive is 10449 dollars

Got a call saying I was randomly selected for a government grant because I was a loyal citizen.   Dominic savior told me to call Richard lee at 202-407-7817.  My code is wc4051.  I was awesome in giving them my illinois state debit card.  Then reported them to the better buisness beauro and called my state consumer agency.   A man said there has been dozens of calls reported since the first of the year and the numbers could not be tracked because they are computer generated.  Lucky for me the number I had was still working and the gentleman was able to personally speak with this scammer :)  they gave eachother the run around.  The man said oh I work for the government too.  So you work under president clinton?  The scammer said yes.  Our guy says thats funny our president is bush.  The scammer still did not catch on!!!!!  Lol. I really hope they mess with my state debit card so they can be tracked down!!!!!  Take that scam artists.  Im way too smart for you people!!!!

Hey all, i got the same call but they are trying to step up there game by calling from an auto dialer, that leaves a number 00100 on your caller id.  On the call, i demanded to speak with an American, he said that he was American, yeah ok!  Then i demanded a phone number, he wouldn't give it to me of course.  He's claiming that he is from the federal building in Washington, i said which one there are hundreds. Toward the end of the call he came up with Human Health Service. I wish someone would bring these people to justice.

I also got the call, tranfer to  manger-- Rick, who inturn ask for $199.00 for ID Purpose before he can release the $7,000.00 to me. I told him i had to verify that he is who say he is with the grant dept,@ 200 indepedence ave sw , 2nd fl, washington,dc. After i hung the phone, i received about 20 call,here are a few the numbers 202-690-7393, 907-962285827,90714866686,(38581873778),975-917-3529,405-998-353, 213-calif # &323-410-1031 Beware ,,don't fall for this scam. you shouldn't have to pay for a grant and donate to charity small fee to receive monies,  SCAM-sCAM-SCAM

I got a call from 2063171607 saying I qualified for a grant of 7000 but they needed a security deposit of 280 and my money will be there in 15 min. Then I contacted Walmart and the said its a scam if it was grant money from the us government they wouldn't call,  Walmart seen scams like this they are out to get people for their money,, Dont do it
