I was scammed by this guy so called jeff Daniels and he told me to send him 280 dollars and he will give e a 5000 dollar loan with the deposit a made but I didn't get nothing back and he called me the next day saying that I had a bad credit score and I couldn't get the loan so I ask for my refund and he said that I couldn't get my refund back because it had something to do with the IRS but I just argued with him and he just hung up on me

Yeah,, i just received Jeff Daniels call and i denied his request for the loan... than he began Cussing and threating me and saying f*** Americans.... so you know it is a scam...all calls are recorded and if he was a government payday loans he should be talking like that...so don't send money and plus to you Serena i know you work with him cause your spelling is messed up... and so was his go scam your own kind...

Yea I am sure you work for him too, what company asks for money when you are asking them for a loan.. People like you should be ashame of yourselfs and be punished for the crimes you commit to innocent people hard working people that needed a hand when times get tuff...

Actually this is not 100% correct bcoz I get my loan of 3000$ from Mr. Jeff Daneils and thats correct that i'll pay him two payments of $500 but after that he provide me my fund..So plzz don"t blame on him,he is not a scammer.

There is a scam going on through consumer payday loans I do not know if the company itself is aware of the shysters using there name to steal money from hard working people, but this is the place that I will contact to find out. The next question I have is how are they privy to everyone's info if they are not a legitimate company. The name of the guy involved in the scam is alias Jeff Daniels and the call back # to Jeff is 202-684-6834
As soon as they start asking you to deposit money to get a loan you know it is a scam.

This is Jeff Daniels, you have been approved for a $2000.00 pay day loan, we need you to send us $160.00 to get the loan. I did, no money was deposited. He called back the following day and said I needed to send $300.00 because I had not so good credit. I said no thanks, I wanted my $160.00 back to cancel the loan. They said I would get it in 30-33 days, has not happened. Call back person said they were a SCAM company. They called 07/09/12 offering me a $3000.00 but I needed to send $400.00,.
