how can I help you catch this scammer

My Son in Law whom is Handicapped and on disability was duped by this guy(s) he gave them 600 dollars to get 10000 which of course he did not get!!! It is a crime what was done to him but when you go down to the police they can do nothing because they are probably in another country.

The same thing just happened to me only it was a man that called and gave me that same number that led me to this Kelvin Smith. He pin pointed a CVS near me and asked me to take 205.00 with me to claim my 9,000.00. I told him I don't have that much money I'm disabled, he told me I could get it and call him back when I have it. It was 15:30 when I called. So is it a scam, just seems too good to be true.

This miserable little man called my friends house and started to talk about 9,000 dollars.  Ya you say...so what?   He then decided to scare this senors by talking in such a disgusting form that I can't write it here.;.... I just think this guy needs to be investigated.   He is a little coward and I plan on somehow finding him..... I'm getting closer.

This man called my friends....saying disgusting stuff about having sex with old ladies. The friends of mine, are scared and asked me to help...I reverse called him and he was in a federal office.  When I threatened him he called back about some grants or something to this nature. I believe that he is going through face book and trying to scam people.  Do not give any imformation to people that you don't know.  

Said I was selected for a government fund grant for $9,000 gave me a number to call (202) 697-9980. A woman called first (unknown number) gave me a confirmation number gg1004 and wanted $205 up front which would be returned along with the $9,000. I was told the guy was a Kelvin Smith, and with the confirmation # was able to pin point the closest IL Union was near me.  It was 3:45 (4:45 Washington time) when I called it.

They have been calling me telling I have been selected to receive $9000.00.  They need my checking account number along with the ABA number or my credit card number.  I think they need to be turned in---sounded like several people making calls.  Do not give out any info.

I got same call from this number and same information. I don't know how much valid is it ??

They have been calling non stop, they keep telling me that the government has selected me to get a grant in the amount $9,000. Yet I have to pay $205 to get the money. Unless they give me a Irs badge number,they are not getting anything. The money would be great but it sounds like people just trying to work you for money.
