They called twice today didn't answer first time.  Then did second.  Went through the who speal and then went to the reverse phone look up and found all these comments and confirmed my suspicions.  they gave me a mtcn # RS1324 and was told to go to purchase a green dot money pack for $4.95 and load $260.00 on it.  Then he said I would receive a total of $7260.00 back as the $260,00 was to secure the Grant monies. You do not pay for free money.  I first talked to a guy named Mike Masterson, then to Jeff Harper.  Called back while on line and talked to some guy called Jeff.  Exposed them as scammers from this site and he yelled and screemed then hung up..  Will be going to the sites listed and calling the number given to report them as scammers.  They called several times in 2013 and I refused the grant and they were upset.

They are a bunch of scams ,obama could find them but hell they probably work for him its easy tracking a number

all you have to do with these a$$hats is answer the phone and screw with them..... tell them that you know who they are and you will get them or better yet answer the phone like your local police department lol i like to make fun of how they speak. it makes them so mad they hang up... i also call them back threw out the day just to ruffle their feathers i ask how they like to be bothered during meals and while they are trying to work. i ask about there family i ask if they know english they will eventually get mad and not call back lol

They are not Arabs, these scams are ran by mostly Indians. Please be careful while inputting your info online. These scammers use skype and many other application to get a U.S number than start calling. Most of the scams use to happen from Nigeria but recently many scams are coming from INDIA. The second you hear someone talking like TA TA TA TA know that its either Pakistani or Indian and its a Scam.

The caller ID of the original call was 222-222-2245. They 202-738-1655 said that I qualified for a $7000 grant and I should call 202-738-1655 and give a confirm number. I called that number and gave the confirm number to the man who answered. He then said to call 'tomorrow' because the banks are now closed.
They said to call back in 10 minutes. When I did, he put me on hold to look up my records. After 40 minutes I hung up to get my lunch. Later, I called again, but their phone hangs up right after it connects.

I received a call from 222-222-2245 and the person introduced me as John Parker from state department and congratulated me for winning 7000 $ and asked me to call 202-738-1655 to get the money from walmart. I do not know whether this is a fraudulent activity by the caller or not. I have not called on the number since i doubted as a fraud.

got a call from 1-222-222-2245saying if I call 202-738-1655I can get a $1000 grant could barely understand her I figure its a scam so I am not going to call this number

I keep getting these strange calls from these weird #'s 222-222-2245, 202-738-1655 I don't understand. They had my mailing address and my cell phone #. How the heck am I supposed to get any homework done? And why would I have to put money into some green dot thing to get $7000 back? I am soooo confused and frustrated. I want it to stop. YOU HAVE MY ADDRESS SEND ME A CHECK IF IT'S REAL!!!!!

i got a call from 737 666 9039 stating that I will receive a $ 7,000 grant from the government. But in order to get this grant I needed to call 202 738 1655 and provide them with this information PK 123 to verify that I am the correct person.  Called the number and someone by the name of John answered the phone and asked me who i wanted to speak to.  instead of providing him with any information I hung up the phone

Caller spoke with heavy accent that sounded Indian or Pakistani to me.  He claimed to be from gov't offering me a free grant cash in hand.  I was to call 202-738-1655.  Since when would gov't give random grants?

They called me from phone number (222) 222-2245 had a heavy Indian accent said they were from the Human Health Services - Treasury Dept in Wash.D.C.  They gave me a phone number to call the supervisor at (202) 738-1655
and confirmation number NG777. I called the number and he asked me to go to a Moneygram.I obviously said I can't make it there today (as I was at work), and he can wire the money give me the confirmation and ill pick it up the next day. He told me this wasn't acceptable and he needed to be on the phone with me. Yeah right, this is total BS. Please do NOT send them any money or believe them!!!

I got a call from a 222 area # tried to call back it wouldn't connect they wanted me to call the 202 738  1655 I figured it was a scam the government don't give it takes away it's a scam

they lied but i am glad i told my husband about it and i am glad i did not have the money that they asked for. they wanted 275.00 dollars before they would send me any thing. so thank god i did not fall for it

I got a call from Mark Flores who said that the Gov. was granting me $7000 but in order for me to get the funds I had to go to Wal-mart and get a green dot money pack for $260.00.  I told him that if the government was giving out grants they would not ask for monies upfront.  Also he sounded Indian but said his name was Mark Flores which is a Hispanic name.  I asked him for his address and he told me that his address was Human Health Services - Treasury Dept., at HHH Bldg. SW 200 Independent Ave, Wash, DC 20202.  His #202-738-1655 x104.  And I was forewarned not to mentione this to anybody, because I would be charged taxes.

I kept getting calls from the same number everyone else is stating above.  Telling me the same s*** about 7000 dollars and claiming the govner picked me.. i played the little phone call s*** for a min just to tell them off ... before i can do that they got upset with the fact i wouldnt send money too ...believe it or not they starting calling me the N word and real nasty offensive things where said too me. I told them i dont have money to send them scam a** s*** i have childern to attend too. He then asked the age and said he would stick his d*** in my sons little a****** plus he asked me if i like what happened on 911. oh im so mad.. someone or how they need to be tracked down... i want to presnant when there found. I got the call to he said that I had been elected to receive a 7000 grant and I had to go and get a green money dot pal my son has been going through kemo I was broke and need the money.So I did get the green dot money pak and put 260 dollars on it.Then he called me back and said that he could not do the transfer to my account he said that I had to pay for Georgia state tax so I did like a dumbass I got another one and put the last 750 to pay the state tax.He said it would only take 30 minutes to have the money in my account.Boy I feel like a fool and stupid the told me that they work for the federal reserve bank  .It is a scam don't even answer the phone
