One of the alternate numbers that this caller uses is 202-738-2323.

This caller 202-738-2323 has been calling my cell several times a day, 24/7. Given how others have identified them as fraudulent, I have not answered any of their calls. I have gotten repeated nuisance calls from tens of other numbers that have been associated with subscription frauds, grant frauds and dubious "educational" agencies:  202-738-3333, 862-225-1268, 817-615-0108, 618-221-0181, 801-610-6271, 636-224-3117, 623-223-5561, 222-222-2245, 856-295-6867,  0012-1233 (from India?), 866-274-1177, 202 738-2323, 305-587-2555.

I am getting calls from this number for the past few days. I do not answer and no voicemail left. Wish there is a way we can block these calls.

Offered me a 10,000. Grant wanted personal information.

This number called my cell a few times a day.  Looks as if they might be related to the following numbers who also bombard US residents/citizens with repeated unwanted nuisance telemarketing and/or fraud calls:   202 738 3333,  305-587-2555, 760-330-7756, 866-274-1177, 760-763-8439.  Hope the FTC can deal with these fraudsters.

202-738-3333...I know its a foreign person saying they are from DC and with the IRS saying the government wants to give me money. Yeah, B***S***! The government only contacts you when you owe them money! LOL, get a life and please go back to YOUR country and stop trying to rip off hard working Americans!

I got a call from this number and no one said anything but I could hear a lot of back ground noise like if the person was in a bar or something. I hung up and tried to call them back and it said that the voicemail box of the user wasn't set up yet.

Some guy with an accent said he was calling on behalf of the US government and that I was awarded $1,000 grant ( one of 15, 000 people). There was a ton of background noise. I hung up, he called back & asked why I hung up on him..hahaha. I gave him an education and hung up again.

I had a missed call from this number.  When I called it back it went to a message that said this person's voicemail had not yet been set up......Ahhhhh darn, did I miss my ship coming?????? JK

If you sent any money before you supposedly qualified for the deposit, you lost that money!

Things to believe:

* The tooth fairy really does not exist

I know none of these folks. They need to stop calling just cuz they can't be punished.

We know it was a scam dealing with gov. grants.
