This is a Big Time scammer here's what's listed on RipOff report:

"They called us out of the blue, told us they could guarantee us millions of dollars of contracts if we paid them 8500.  they didn't tell us that we would have to do all the work, and that it would get rejected.

I should have checked with the Florida attorney general before i gave them my money.   I learned that GSA Application Services is one of many shell companies controlled by the criminal Sprecher Organization, whose founders are repeat felons (James Dale Sprecher served federal time for fraud, embezzlement, money laundering, RICO and falsifying government documents, Phillip Louis Sprecher has at least 8 arrests for heroin and marijuana possession).

To leverage and maintain their ponzi scheme, the Sprecher Organization continual adds new shell companies and new brands in order to frustrate reputation checks.  James Sprecher set up similar shell companies when he embezzled >$3m from multiple banks.

They use names like GSA 1000, gsa preview, gsa applications, gsa processors, gsa greenville, gsa tampa, gsa south carolina, gsa dallas, gsa pittsburgh, gsaproposal.com, nu century gsa, FEMA today, Federal Verification, and countryside publishing.   Anyone who cold-calls you for your business, you should run away from them..

Calls everyday at dinner time. This is an automated call. They need to be reported.

Got a call from 2027437889 ! These low lifes, leeches and scumbags call me at in the morning, must have received at least 30 calls in past 2 year, I cannot believe these Bas***** are still in business. F%^&%&^% scumbags you are in my ignore list and the system also let the authorities know about these scam artist.

Received atleast 20 calls from these scammers , the number is 2027437889 is a scam , and they pretend to be GSA federal pimps who will provide services to scam to government. Watch out. They are in my permanent ignore list.

Keep getting these calls, how do I get them to stop calling me.  They call all day early and late. This is ridiculous!!!

They called this morning. I went ahead and hit 1 to be transferred. Got a live person and asked to be removed from call list. He said "Ok, just one minute." I heard a beep and then a recording stating I had been removed.

Let's see if it works.

This number computer dials my cell every month.  There is no option to delete my number from their system and these f****ng cowards don't answer when you press 1 to speak to someone.  Scumbags!  How do you wake up evey morning and look at yourself in the mirror and say "yeah, I make my living by scamming other people.  I really grew up to be something my parents would be proud of."

Whoever these idiots are, they called me at 6AM.

This company calls me every day even after asking them over 20 times to take me off there call list.  They are very unprofessional and continues to waste my time.  

Have been receiving calls from 202.743.7889 almost on a daily basis ... cannot block or turn them off.

Valid caller ID. They actually answer their phone.

Government contracting consultants. They say they will put your business on a GSA schedule.

My take ... I have been telling them for months that per their questionnaire,  I DO NOT QUALIFY FOR GSA CONTRACTS!  And yet they still keep calling.

I recieved a call from 202-743-7889 yesterday and called back to ask to be removed from there list. Preston said he would remove my name. 11:17 this morning I recieved another robot call from them. I promptly called them back and said if they did not remove my name I would be reporting them. The female said they were Government Award Consultants and then hung up. I logged into www.fcc.gov and submitted my number again for do not call and logged a complaint against this number. Very annoying.

called the GAC folks.  They said it is not their company and they are receiving several calls to their Atlanta office.

No need to, the FCC website itself admits they don't investigate any complaints, they just "collect the data" in case any other agency wants it.

Well, of course not, because that's not what they're in business to do.  They're in business to scam unsuspecting people out of their hard-earned money.
