I had a call from the same number and they said they were a government office that is giving tax free money in the amount of $5,600. I only had to make a payment of $110.00 so I did but then they wanted another $1,230.00 more dallors befor they could send me my free money. They said i would get all my money back in the loan when they transfered it to my account. I still not have seen the money in my account and I have not been able to contact them any more as well. Dont send any money to these people as its a full scam as I have tried because they gave me numbers to a government office so I could confirm all information.

Same experience, identical.  I got suspicious when he said he was with the US Government department of Finance.  WTH??  Couldn't give me any Department name.  Didn't have record of my bankruptcy...didn't have anything to say when mentioned it.

He called and said the government owed my $.5,600 and asked for my debit card number. I told them I didnt have one. So he told me to go  to the nearest Western Union and call him when I get there. I did this
Got there and a I did. He then told me to deposit $140 as a security amount, when I refuse he started cursing me out

this person called(heavy Indian accent) told me i was being awarded $5,600 for "being a good citizen and paying my taxes!"  Free Money??!!!  wow!! how does that happen? I asked.  he couldn't tell me other than I deserved it because i paid my taxes.  I was to go to the nearest Western Union and then call him at 202-747-5302

Claim to be from the US Government wanting to give me money.
