The caller identified herself as being with "Indy" (spelling?) Public Policy Surveys.
When I asked what this was regarding, the caller said it was for a "public policy survey."
I asked for funding organization, and she repeated the name she provided.
I asked what the subject was, she repeated "public policy."
I asked what aspect of public policy (e.g. healthcare, taxes, etc), she repeated simply "public policy."
She said it was for an automatic survey, and I guess from the other callers that she would have patched me over to an automated survey.

The live caller dedicated 10 minutes asking my answering machine several questions about Obama's performance. Wow! Must have been a Democrat.

not much available online about this number. There was one comment on another site, reporting this is an automated survey. It comes from Washington, D.C. so undoubtedly from some lobbying outfit. The comment did not state what the topic is.
