Caller ID says USA HOME SURVEY; no message.  I don't answer calls from people I don't know, and sometimes even when I know who's on the Caller ID, I wait until they speak so I know I'm not dealing with some greasy weasel.

People, remember this fact: no one ever went to jail for refusing to pick up their phone.

called around 6:45 and I usually do nowadays is rush to the computer and type in the number. so I didn't answer and now I have blocked this one too. Sadly the DNC last has no control over scammers - the dnc list seems to be for ethical businesses. such a pain!!! very grateful for the info shared on this site.

Received call.  Didn't answer.  They didn't leave a message. caller ID says "USA Home Survey"

The recorded message said it was from USA Home Survey - a sales pitch.

202-800-5683 is scammers preying on disabled, elderly, veterans, beware sounds like the abomination in our WHITE HOUSE

On 1/8/14 6:35 pm this number (202-800-5683) called my mobile phone (isn't that illegal?).  So, USA HOME SURVEY now owes me 20 cents!  Hey... pay up, you worthless chumps!

We got a call from this number yesterday, 7 Jan 2014, at 5:35 pm. The caller ID was USA HOME SURVEY. When I called back I heard a recording which said "We're sorry. All circuits are busy now." and advised to try calling again later. Fortunately this call was blocked. We have gotten so many such calls from this area code that it is now blocked by our call blocker.

Just called, caller id USA home survey, did not answer, they left no message. SCAM!!!

Got a call from USA Home Survey at 6:45 pm, it rang 3 times picked it up and they hung up.

USA Home Survey.  Don't bother answering.  Waste of time.

Caller ID is USA HOME SURVEY. Robo call telling me they want me to respond to a phone survey to determine if different housing markets are "hot or not". I googled the telephone number and caller id and could not verify that this was a polling company. Seems fishy to me. Some telemarketing companies feign a survey to get information from you.

Called today, left no message.

On 9/16/13  Left a vm msg addressing me by name, saying he was from the IRS and they would be coming by to do an audit tomorrow at noon "if that's okay."  Scary what some folks consider amusing.  I wonder whose phone account this guy is using?  too bad the real IRS won't find him.

Called and wanted to do a home survey about housing in the area.  I thought they said a 30 min survey to be published on national news.

It is an opinion survey. Stores sell your phone number when you give it to them for purchases. They tell consumers they are using it for validation of receipts if you intend on returning an item, but it is a 3rd party selling tactic to gain revenue from your personal information.
