I get as many six phone calls per day from this number.  When I do answer it, I get nothing.

I get these calls as late as 10pm. I work and iam in school, i have two little boys. we all can not even go outside to play, maybe a hour i come in i have 5 calls in a HOUR!!!!  Everyday, all week every weekend. on subdays too. They better remove me. i will be researching tring to find out who they are . i will be reporting them to the fair credit act which will investage who thay are.

These calls are more than annoying!  I called the number back and got a recording that said "all circuits are busy".  Yeah right.  I'm sick to death of these companies that are calling and hanging up.  This is much more annoying than just getting a call for money.  There has to be a way to stop these calls and I wish someone would share the secret with me.

I receive these call 3+ times a day (evening when my kids are sleeping.)  They never say anything and the name on my caller I.D reads "We Care"- I called back to have my name removed, but a recording comes on stating that "all circuits are busy at this time!"  Sound like a scam to me!  I reported them on the DONOTCALL List, maybe they will get shut down.....so my kids can sleep....turning off the ringer not an option due to elder sick parents.

Caller ID said it was Amber Announcement. Caller said they were associated with our bank,  They had my wife's name.

The FTC will never call you to for personal information. Put them on a no call list.

-  new  twist  is  they  are   also  impersonating  DEA  officials   with  threats  to  arrest you  unless  you  immediately  send money  via  wire   transfer /  western  union   to some   offshore  country  !!!!!   obvious  scam  !!!

some  are landlines...many  are  cell phones...some  are  spoofed  and  linked  to  offshore foreign countries !!!!
we've  traced  back  most  of  these  numbers  to  offshore  foreign    call centers  in  INDIA /  THAILAND / AFRICA  /  JAMAICA  ETC....

here's a  few  other  numbers  posted  from  the   same  area  code  offering a  wide  variety  of  scams  /  fake  emails and  scams  after  posting  something  on   craigslist   (  old  scam  )  ...... collecting  for  non  existant  "  payday  loans "....free  money / scam  giveaways /  $1,000's  in  free  gov't  money.........  etc  etc.....stories  change  out  all the  time......and  the  usual  nonsense!!!

**   mysteriously  call to  claim  they  have  several  thousand  of  dollars  to  send  you....just  provide  you  bank  account and  credit  card   right  away   etc etc.........scam scam

several  of  these are  the  usual   long  ongoing  scams   such  as  :  you  have  won a  free  walmart /  bestbuy  gift  card....or  you  have  won a  free  ipad  etc......all  long  ongoing  scams
