ok look you ignorant piece of s***...how can you reach to a conclusion about someone you spoke to over the phone? You really need a reality check...and that language isn't Urdu it's in Hindi...Like you many of my friends also got that call and complained. Came to do a research on this but I find even a worse piece of s*** like you!!! Shame on you

I got a call and they scared my wife, who was willing to pay to clear this "warrant". Poor thing, fortunately I was on the parallel line and told her to tell them to send something in writing or send the cops after which they hung up. I was boiling mad and called them back several times, the voices on the other side were either Indian or Pakistani. Spoke to them about their parents, grand parents and ancestors, including their biology, and that they were giving a black name to thier heritage, but they do not care. Please alert all your wives to be careful of any unknown Indian/Pakistani/Bangladeshi voice. It is a shame that these dogs/pigs (I am an animal lover but poor dogs and pigs) bring to our pround Gandhian heritage. May the devil curse their souls and they suffer in hell, as I do not know how many simple and hardworking people have been cheated by them. Please spread this word around all your friends.

I got phone call from this number & asking for personal information for tax purpose&. He is a scamer.

I kept getting calls from this number, finally I decided to talk to them, told them to spell their names 3 times. Officer Justin Hall spelled it for me. I told him if he is federal officer he should have all my info why is he asking me, that's when he told me to F&& OFF!
I told him same to you and hung up! The

asking for personal information saying that i have committed crime. when i asked few question started using bad words in Hindi. guy spoke very good Hindi and targeting Indian people.

I got a call today telling me that I owe $4000 and I was threatened that if I don't pay in 45 min  It would be more. I was told not to inform anyone or else I would be Locked up.
I called my husband and he told me it was a scam. There is also an Indian person involved in this scam because I spoke to one. I called 911 but they cannot do anything because no money was paid to these crooks. My husband called the crooks and used some of his popular vocabulary. If anyone should get this call, do not panic. Tell them that they are idiots and losers. Be strong.

I got the same call, stating I haven't filed the taxes and I will be deported if I didn't pay the fine. I hung up the phone obliviously and they called back asking why did I hang up, so I hung up again. They called again and my mother picked up the phone, and told her she was going to jail and the police are on the way because I was so rude. They gave her a choice to pay the money or she will see me go to jail. I think they are targeting mostly Indian community, and think they can bully us and get us scared. Stupid people...get a real job and stop scamming and scaring people.

I just received phone call from this number says I m Allen carter n I owe money n they have warrent again us block this number or punish this people who want money without working

We have been getting a call from unknown and he is telling about tax unpaid and other garbage things. I would like to report that please block this number and punish them. Their number is 202-800-9954

Today, I got call on my cell phone and person told me that he is from IRS and his name Shawn Becker. He told me that I have 45 minutes to deposit the money due to not paying my income taxes for the last 3 years. I told him that I have already completed all my income taxes and I never received any letter from IRS. He got very upset and told me not to talk, just listen and if I do not deposit the money in the next 45 minutes, he will send the police to arrest me. He called me from phone number 202-800-9954. I contacted the person who does my income tax, he told  me that this is a scam and do not talk to these people.

I got a call today 1/21/2014- they told me that they had files and arrest warrants in my name and would suspend my citizenship and passport immediately. He also told me that he was sending police cars to arrest me if I did not pay up in 30 minutes .. Don't know what to make of this ..

Someone claiming to be Officer Sam Brown of New Jersey State Investigation Department called and stated I had not paid my state income tax for 2010-2011 [untrue; I have complete documentation]. Said IRS filing case against me. Really?? IRS filing case for STATE income tax ?? Passed me on to litigator Eric Matthews who said state tax not withheld from paycheck. Really?? I am resident of a state in Western USA but New Jersey is filing case against me for state income taxes?? Just a scam, hang up if they call.  If you keep hanging up on them then eventually they will stop calling

We had several calls from this number with no messages left. Eventually a message was left regarding my husband, the federal arrest, etc. I instantly knew it was fraudulent as I had received a call last summer regarding my daughter. Im that case they told me federal agents were going to come and question me - bring it on. Never heard from them again. I reported it to the attorney general. They are calls from Nigeria most likely. My husband is Indian but not from India. I'm sure they scare many people. In the daughter call they wanted me to verify info. Don't do it. Ask them to mail you info. Won't happen. If you listen to them they sound uneducated. Ask to speak to a supervisor and they will put someone else on the phone. Spread the word.

I am troubled by this too. I see a lot of people are. Phone companies dont allow me to block an individual number. Not sure what to do. We may be able to call the number back, all at the same time and try to jam that phone??

Its a scam.  Tell them to f*** off or you'll call the police and file harassment charges against them.   I told them that, and they stopped calling me.  
These low life a***oles need to be stopped.

Someone who identified himself as "Officer David" called over 6 times in one hour and said they were issuing criminal charges against me, and the police would be by my home to arrest me if I didn't pay them $2000 within the next hour.   'He barely spoke english, but I told them that if they called my phone again, I'd file harassment charges against them.   He laughed and told me to go ahead and do it.    I basically told them to f*** off, and advised them to learn to speak f ing english as well.  I haven't heard back from them since.    

YUP!! I am glad I got hold of this phone call..they called for my wife.... this people are definitely  . onto.. some SCAM.. they claim to be federal officers.. and want our name and something else.. so they can tell me what's wrong with my name and associated charges.. When I asked them how to verify, who they are and what agency they are calling form.. they said thank you sir! Thank you sir! and hung up..

These f***ers called and started pointing out my name with address and were trying to make it sound like they are doing me a favor by placing a courtesy call. After I played along for a bit to understand what the h*** was going on, they asked me to pay a fine of $1900 over the phone or else they will submit arrest documents in less than 30 minutes. I asked them more detailed questions and they pretended like I should've known about this and were getting loud with me. I put them in their place and they hung up. F*** idiots. Don't fall for this s***.

I received a call from 202-800-9954 saying  they are Federal Officers and you have following allegations : Tax Fraud and Breech of Contract
They are scammers and trying to instill fear.  I just said thank you and and I have recorded the message and will take it to my police station to seen how they can investigate your company.

The caller said I'm calling from Federal Crime and Enforcement department. I'm Allen Carter badge no. 4001. I asked for his address and he hanged up. We would like to request to take legal action aganist these people.

Some guy called with a foreign accent and said he was with federal authority and said that I did not complete my tax forms correctly and they are going to have a warrant for my arrest within 48 hours and cancel my passport and citizenship. They then said this was a recorded phone call.
I told him to record this: Fu_k you mother Fu_ker...don't ever call my house again or I will come up there in person and rip out your fu_king tongue and shove it up your a**. I cursed him out with a loud voice for over 10 minutes and he just kept listening and tried to curse me out with a low voice since he probably had people around him. This is definately a scam...no real federal authority would listen to me cursing him out for 10 minutes...u have nothing to worry about and don't give him any money or any other info...and if u have time like i do, keep calling him back and curse him out...give him a hard time and have fun!

I got six calls from this number today -- from an alleged David Warner, representing the Federal Crime Enforcement Network (NO SUCH THING).  He even told me that someone would come to my house and interview me.  I told him I would press charges for harassment and then hung up on him.  He called me back and rattled off my home address, so I called the District police to file a report.  Dumb scam artists.  Do not fall for this.
