They are cheaters they are not in USA, they buy magic jack and do all the frauds. They can't even speak English properly, they try so hard to sound like Americans by using American names. If they call you, Don't be afraid of them tell them of, they are just frauds, they will never be able to come to USA. So dont be affraid to tell them of and report them to police.

I received a call from this number today. they claim i owe IRS money and there is a warrant for me if I don't pay.
I took their number and told I will call FBI to make the payment directly to the IRS so let me call you back . they never call one gave the of Steve miller from IRS

Just received a call from this  202 821 4239. The guy who called was claiming to be IRS agent named William Carlos. He said he's calling regarding tax dispute. He was asking lots of info and when I refused to give  him he threatened that he's gonna send a cop, I said sure as if I was gonna believe his BS. Seriously SMH!!

This number is being used by foreign individuals posing as Federal Agents from the IRS. They call to inform you of  an outstanding arrest warrant against you. They offer you a way out buy providing some personal information (credit card, bank account) so they can garnish you wages. They also attempt to get more info out of you by pretending to know more than they do. Stand up to them and call them out on their b***s***! My guys name was Ron Davis (from India) Badge # 994PNM2! Have fun with these guys. Ask for their supervisor's name and badge# and the location of their field office. Then tell them that you will be glade to go to the field office to "turn yourself in." Do worry because this IS NOT what they want from you. They want more information so they can steal your ID or your money!

I was called leaving a number to call 202-821-4239. I called this number and Agent Sean Marshall said I didn't reply to IRS notices and I owe taxes, either I pay now or warrants will be issued for my arrest within 30 minutes.

Sandra Jones called from IRS.... I googled and found that this bloody are still using the same technique which majority of ppl aware of....  They have to pay back heavy price for getting hard earned money of innocent people thru deceive.

I immediately smelled a rat, Googled the name, and found this is a scammer posing as an IRS rep.
I reported him to the local police and on several Web sites. Apparently IRS telephone scams are in vogue right now.

I just received a call from a young lady telling me the same thing and she gave me a confirmation number and to called Chris Davis at a number 202-506-9595. I called and could barely hear the person on the other end. I hung up on him.

yep they told me the samething ....but really why pay for free money i dont get it as much as i need the money why would they ask me to send them money that i dont have this is crazy

Forgot to mention, I wonder if the FBI or one of the news broadcasting stations might get involved for this dispicable scam. So many Americans are in serious trouble with mortgages, employment, unemployment, health insurance problems, and the last thing people suffering from losses is another loss.

The number on my landline caller ID appeared as an "out of area" caller due to the provider of service I use. However, all the information is the same as the rest of the comments submitted and the site and number are exist. When I checked out Health and Human Services site and dialed the number the number was no longer in service. When I dialed Chris Davis name the line was busy. Of course busy as money is being distributed. I am not sure what direction I should go with this sort of thing, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I did not give any information but it is creepy that they had all of my information, with the exception of my SS# and Banking information.

I was advised they would Fed Ex me the check on Monday from Memphis Tennessee if I made contact with Chris Davis and provided identification for the check. I will research Fed Ex to see if such a site exists and let them know about this scam. Please send me some feedback as this is so sleezy in these desparate times.

I agree, to good to be true, that is for sure, this is not the first scam call I've received from these slime bags. Sad to say I have received numerous calls after receiving a car loan from Ford Motor Company. Not that I am blaming Ford. These businesses have got to be more careful when they hire 3rd party marketing firms to store and sell email addresses.  It is comforting to know that I am not the only person that has to deal with these irritating calls...sorry for anyone who gives into to this madness.

WOW! 10K just for doing what I am suppose to be doing for a bankrupt government! Iranian, Pakistan, IDK!, This barely legible caller requested a speak with Chris Davis in order to receive my 10K. Mind you Health and Human Services called stating on a Saturday afternoon to give me 10K in the form of a grant. I am disabled, broke, in debt and going thru a divorce after 22 years of marriage and lo' and behold, a caring goverment person supporting Charity Funds went thru the trouble of extracting 10K for my sorry _ss!  I am so blessed, LOL!

I've been getting non stop calls from this number and a 919-30. Now i wont get scammed b/c i dont believe in paying someone money so they can give me money and nor will i hand out my personal info but i think the big dogs need to go shut this s*** down. American people are a giving people please dont allow people like this to just rape us

Ohhh thank God for Google!!! I didnt give them any personal info told them to send me a check if its for real. Figured i'd come look up the info they did give me and found this site! They gave me chris davis' name too and said I'm a loyal citizen b/c i pay taaxes every year!! I said wonderful we're celebrating people just doin what they're suposed to! Sorry you guys got scammed.
