I received a phone call from this number and the person (which was a computer voice) told me I had a warrant for me if I don"t respond right away. I got the same message back on 4-15-2014 from 202-459-0991 saying the same thing

Every day I get this rude calls from people with Indian Accents claiming this is IRS from this number
THEY CALLED ME AND LEFT A HARASSING MESSAGE BUT YOU CANT UNDERSTAND DUE TO THE ACCENT AND WHEN I CALLED BACK FROM A BLOCKED NUMBER THE WOULDNT GIVE ANY INFO AND HUNG UP ON ME SCAMMERS!!!! DONT EVEN CALL BACK!!! they are rude they call from 202 864 1139 my moms is very ill I run to answer the PHONE thinking her DOCTOR is calling PLEASE STOP THEM

Got call from this number twice in a week. Their broken English were trying to tell you that you have tax problem with IRS.They must be a batch of evils guys and trying to scam money out of me.

There is a fairly common IRS or "tax scam" being practiced by scammers in both Canada and the USA.

Got call from same number and said i have lawsuit against me. I called back and Guy (Max) gave me some option to resolve this case and forwarded my call to Rony, who ask me to be on line until I pay him the amount he said that also in cash. He was tacking me each sec. where I am going and who I am with.
Then I ask my warrant number and he got angry and drop the call.
Thank god i am saved! but be careful with people who speaks loud for their scam work out.

I too received such a call, claiming he was from the IRS and there was a lawsuit against me. If they were smarter they would employ people who speak English.
