No one there when I answered.

I didn't answer. I have been called by them a couple times before.

I received a call from this # and was told to call 866-603-1811. I called back and got "Celine Dion". I told her I didn't believe her. She asked if I had debt. I told her no. She told me that I was lying, and then proceeded to curse at me. She told me to lick my p___y, and lick my d__k. Obviously this is a scam. I called my attorney general and they said they can't do anything because they are probably outside of the country.

I thought I reconized that name.  I had a call a few days ago from the same man with the same recording from Michigan this time.  Says Class Port Center.  
Note this reported phone number above he says Class Port Program

Phone number was 616-980-1367  (Same outfit)

Area code 202 is Washington, D.C.

Recording message for Debt Reduction

Hi, this is um, Paul McCullum with the clients port center.  Um, sorry for the message but I've called several times with no answer.  Um, I'm just calling to let you know you've been approved for our debt reduction program.  Um, I specalize in helping people like you that are having too much debt & are struggling to make their monthly payments.  If interested in finding out about our program, them please give me a call.  OH, by the way, if you call me tonight, I can arrange for a $1000 loan to help pay down debt.  Um, my number here is 866-301-9816.  Again I'm Paul McCullum with Debt reduction program at 866-301-9816, until 10 PM tonight.

Scam scam scam.  I've never contacted any company about reducing my debt.  I pay my bills off in full each month & have never (knock on wood) had troubles paying any bills period.

I'm reporting call to FCC.  I had back to back calls like this in 5 mins.  I've reported other like outfits to FCC & did get letters back stating they're using info to file against said company & will contact me if they need more info.  It's against the law since 9/1/09 for these messages to come in.  People, start reporting to the FCC, the more complaints they receive on these people, the sooner they can nail them down for good.
