Called asking to verify last four of my social and address regarding a business matter.  I obviously said I don't give out any information and by the way who are you.  The response is we will try to call you again.  Beware, never give out any information to anyone on the phone!

I keep getting these calls and work and there is never any one on the other end.

I received several (sometimes 3 or more per day) calls from this number. I finally decided to call this number back from an untraceable telephone number. There were NO messages on any of the calls I received. When I called back, a human being (if you want to call them that ;-) ) answered the phone and said "IC Systems, this is Debbie, and then the call was terminated. The best available research indicates that IC Systems is a debt collection agency that has violated and continues to violate (numerous times) almost all provisions of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). It seems that if "cease and desist" letters are sent, they are of no effect (new telephone numbers and addresses are concocted). I know a lot of people say that these call are from a political lobby based in Washington DC. I just thought you mike like to know. of my experience(s). Also, since Christian values are mentioned, if one examines the Scriptures (New Testament) carefully, they will see that the ONLY time Jesus was even mildly violent was when he overturned the tables of the money changers, sellers, etc., that were doing business in the temple market, ripping off people (does that sound like collection agencies? I would think so). I hope this helps

we are getting both on cell and home phione calls from 1 202 870 5868  they are on our do not call but they get through  how do I stop them

I keep getting this call on my cell phone.  It's a recording and asks me to wait to be connected.  I Hate this type of political crap!

Called at 8:50pm on a week night. I never answer numbers I don't recognize, and they didn't leave a message. My question is, if this a political poller, how the hell did they get my CELL number?

Opt Out - invasion of privacy - why oh why does this happen - so annoying!

This company has called twice on my cell phone, costing me minutes and dollars.  When I called back to have my number removed, the line says it's disconnected.  This is outrageous.

They claim to want to lobby in Washington for "Christian values."

I just got that same call 20min ago, it's really starting to get on my nerves. Ive been getting calls similar to this a lot lately.

I answered and a recording asked two yes-or-no questions: am I a registered voter; do I believe something or other about marriage. It is a Washington, DC, phone number but the recording said they are in Princeton, NJ, and gave a 609 phone number if I wanted to call them. I didn't get the number written down before I forgot it.

MISSED A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER. TRIED TO CALL  THIS NUMBER BACK , ALL I GET IS A BUSY SIGNAL.NO LISTING FOR THEM.

Political calls are exempt from the do not call list. I had the Bafoon Huckabee ask questions. Since he is dorectly responsible for the deaths of 4 police officers, I think he should be in jail. This Bafoon wants to be President.

Called cellphone and a recording asked if I would re-elect the president.

Called me cell phone and a recorded message said, "This is a brief survey from FEC research.  Would you vote to relect President Obama?"  I hung up, and a few second later, same number called my wife's cell phone.  I'm a Democratic candidate in 2010, and I suspect the GOP may be trying to use a push poll against me.

I got the call o my cell while in a noisy environment and only heard the question about reelecting Oboma. I replied H...No and it responded by saying they were sorry I was not in and will call later. I will hang up on them next time.

I got the same call and they asked if my delivery was made on time. It just happened that I did get a delivery that day and the guy said someone will be calling to see if they made the delivery. I assumed that this was the call the guy was talking about, but it looks like it was a coincidence seeing that others too have gotten this call from the same number. Oh and I am also on the DNC list for my land line and my cell.

I did however got a call the next day from the store that I bought the items from and they asked some questions about the delivery. Like, were the guys polite and did they set up the products I received, etc. So it seems the first call was just what I said it was, a Coincidence.

202-870-5868 If you have caller ID Don’t answer. The amount of phone calls since our last election are a JOKE! And very annoying.   The do not call list is a joke too. The problem with that is political calls is exempt from this. I think if you have a private number no one should have access to it. This is pretty sad when you can’t enjoy your privacy anymore while at home.

Calls coming multiple times a day from this number. 202-870-5868   Caller ID is stating it's coming from the District of Columbia. I don't answer it and I have never received a message even though the answering machine is always on.

keeps calling 3 to 4 times a day everday even sunday it is now 6pm on sunday November the 13 and they have just called again.

I received a call from this number recently, too -- 12-11-09 -- they left a msg which I immediately deleted. I, too, am on the Do Not Call list. Very annoying!

I'm wondering if there's a way to get some more publicized negative attention for this company, especially since they're either claiming to be a federal entity or misleading people to think they are through the acronym they're using.  (FEC = Federal Election Commision).

Extremely creepy recorded call asks if you support taxpayer funded abortions and wants to record your answer.  I said nothing , so the creepy recorded voice said it would call back later.  If you say yes, I would probably rather pay a small fee for abortions now rather than supporting someone on welfare or in prison for the next 60 years of their life, the creepy callers will  probably send someone to your house to murder you.
