fraud  scammers  from the  202  area  code:

some  are landlines...many  are  cell phones...some  are  spoofed  and  linked  to  offshore foreign  countries !!!!

here's a  few  other  numbers  posted  from  the   same  area  code  offering a  wide  variety  of  scams  /  free  money / scam  giveaways / humane  society  etc  etc.....stories  change  out  all the  time......and  the  usual  nonsense!!!

**   mysteriously  call to  claim  they  have  several  thousand  of  dollars  to  send  you....just  provide  you  bank  account and  credit  card   right  away   etc etc.........scam scam

We receive daily calls from NoLabels.org.  We visited the site to find a way to remove our number, but they provide nothing.

The following tel number has been calling us several times at all times of day and night #802-552-8144.  Is there anyway to prevent them from doing so PLEASE??? Thank you.

Called me in the daytime of 01/23/2012. No message. It seems they are phishing and abusing their exempt status. I am registered on the Do Not Call list. If I had time, I'd investigate and possibly file a class action or report them to the FCC and since they are in DC, any other applicable law. This number looks like it has a history worse than other reverse lookups. I've seen. Someone could probably set an example with these folks. I will bookmark this site to check back and look for future updates. Let's fight back.

2 days..2 calls..no messages left...no intentions (or incentive) for me to answer the call...seems a few other folks are getting the same caller.....my response 'please hold while your call is being disconnected'

Received this call on my cell phone voice mail, which cost money to retrieve, Sunday around 7 PM, and said they would be calling the next night.  I have reported this to the Do Not Call registry.

I resent these calls.  What's the point of enrolling in the National Do-Not-Call list when I continue to receive calls of this nature?

this robcoll has been calling our house for several days in a row, I don't answer calls from un-identified callers, but this number shows up on the caller ID.  We got 2 calls in a row last night and the day before (Sunday) was 3 calls.  There probably were a couple more as my phone beeped 2 more times when I was in a call.  We are on the Nat. Do Not Call list, but sadly, some moneyed-entities find a way around that law.  We need a tighter definition to the Political calls are allowed and stop the harassment of unwanted calls.  Makes me want to go to all cell phones in the house.  We are not on Verizon, but on SWB.

it's NO LABELS some sort of political thing. Here's the voice mail I got from this number

this is Nancy Jacobson the founder of no labels I'm sorry I missed you earlier tonight no labels held at town Hall teleconference with four members of Congress we're(?) all supporting our twelve point plan to make Congress work. We know the system is broken and all plan we'll get things moving forward again. Please visit no labels.orgto learn more and get involved."

got call went to ans machine. if this is no labels (=new label=Pain in the A) i told this group to leave me alone last year, damn special interest groups

I got a call from this number last night saying they were going to call me tonite, which they did, just to have me hear a conversation between congressmen, and it says they will be callingt back again, but i cant speak to any1, there arent any opt out options. I want this to stop!!!

Caller ID was " WIRELESS CALLER"; no VM and when anonymously called back the spiel for "No Labels. org" came on. Since I was on mute, they picked up that no message was being left and after two attempts hung up.   I was barely off the phone when it rang back again.

I figure most of these for spoofs and try to tie up their lines to delay them calling out again. This one probably kicked out early, and has limited resources.

Not always worth the trouble, since some are so spoofed they aren't re-dialable. I don't always let a busy signal or computerized version of "number dialed is no longer in service" deter me from tying up the line.
if I can. How hard would it be if you are spoofing the caller ID and call back number, to spoof a bogus busy signal or "no longer in service" message and get you to hang up. They need their line to call back out and log  the requisite calls they have contracted to make for their "client".

I mostly blame the collection companies for using this scam and hiring these spoofer companies with their robocalling equipment. The need is for documented attempts to contact, that can be used in local courts to file for judgments. I'd like to see the dream team that takes this on in court and spanks them good...

called at 8:03 PM , my number is on the DNC list, and still get these calls.  If they want to call me then they should pay my phone bills. and Pay me for my time.

Received 3 calls yesterday (1/22/2012)...back to back, within a 10 min time frame....just received another today...I have not called the # back nor have I spoke with anybody....if I don't recoginize the #, I let it ring and go to my voice mail...they have yet to leave a message...

Its a cell number so I sent it 32 text messages in a row all reading "stop calling my phone"

NoLabel should change the name to Fools unlisted!

I agree that Verizon is responsible.  I too have been getting the hang-up call from 202-904-0294 and I too am a Verizon customer.

got this call 6:30 pm 1/22/12 - same as everybody else- says it is from No Labels.Org. calls like this are annoying and waste my phone time; even if you have been on the do not call list for years(like me!) there are still loopholes they can use to call you- i would be wry of scams like this -if you don't initiate the call , the best you can do is ignore them

got a call at 6:40 pm on 1/22/12. Unfortunately, Nolabels.org is exempt from robocalling and from the Do Not Call registry because it is a political organization. You can find details about robocalling in wikipedia. You will also find in some web searches that No Labels doing this in the past and using people like the CEO of Starbucks to help them!

got a call from this number just around 6:40 pm 1/22/12. It's NoLabels.Org, which I suspect is exempt from the Do Not Call registry because it's a political organizations (look up "robocalling" in wikipedia, and who's exempt). Still annoying though!

Called on Sunday morning and 2 calls within 10 minutes on Sunday night.  Ticks me off.  Don't call me.

Lust got the same call on Jan 22, 7:33 p.mp. & I was into a GOOD book!  After listening to a woman speaking Spanish...I clicked off!  I am ALSO on the NO CALL REGISTRY!!! Can these people be turned in?
