These calls are from a website that does prank calls. it would be one of your friends pranking you lol. I do it all the time to my friends and family. it is very funny... you should try it. hoaxcall.com

I just got a call about someone buying a computer off me from ebay and wants to return it. My son had a phone that would make prank calls about pizza. I am thinking the same thing. Besides they used a version of my name that only my immediate family use. Online, work on my bills i use another version of my name.

got a call from automated sounding voice from 203 051 7839 pretending to be a long lost friend
would not say who
wanted me to keep guessing almost like they were trying to keep me on the line
anyway...pissed me off so I hung up and reported it to my phone company and the Police

JUST got a call today (October 22, 2011) from 1-203-051-7839. An automated message told me in a very irate tone that I was not separating my garbage correctly, that none of my neighbours were separating their garbage properly, either, that I should make all of my letters unreadable before throwing them away, and that they would be checking my garbage next week to make sure I was doing a better job. Area code 203 is located in Southwestern Connecticut, so I doubt they'll be travelling through international borders to actually look through my garbage bins, but this call is just stupid.
