While he's busy lying to your face about something he knows isn't right; he's busy keeping his secrets private and making sure he has access to your email, internet and phone. Caller lacks sincerity, integrity and morals. Fair warning I wish I had. Instead, now, I wish for a time machine. The only person I regret knowing. Even his tears are fake. He tells a different story to each person in his life. How "evool" must a person be to pretend to be depressed and suicidal to pull heartstrings? This place calls themselves all sorts of names i found out (empire account solutions, empire legal solutions, empire asset solutions) They are all linked.  Everytime I call they say they are another name.  Ask them, I bet they say yes to any name you give them.  They dont use their name to throw you off... so if they do make you upset, you dont know which business is which.

I had no problems at all with EAS, their was a problem with my Comcast account and they were very helpful and cleared it up .... At no time were they unprofessional ......

You're an illiterate shill for the company, and no one can even understand half of your illiterate babbling. It frightens me that Comcast uses a company whose workers are at a second grade writing level. Ok. Lets clarify this!
Your automatically at risk of being interrupted as soon as you get a past due balance on your account it does not matter if you have been past due for a week or for 3 weeks if your bill is due on the 14th of everymonth there is a grace period for u to make these payments and thats when your new bill comes out so in this case 7 days from the 14th so u have until the 21st to make ur pymnt  before your balance becomes past due. If u dont want your services to be interrupted then make ur payments on time!!' Its simple.
About this company! ( payment center for COMCAST)
Ok so lets say you ran into some trouble and for somereason you could not pay your bill on time.
Well guess what! You want your account to be with the pymnt center not collections. If ur account shows up in collections u will automtically get interrupted and the amnt owed will showed up on ur credit report.
If your accnt is not in collections your call will be re - routed to the payment center and what they can actually do for you is offer payment arragements within comcast rules to aboud service interruption or to restore ur srvcs but give u some time to make the pymnt this is why u are charged with a convinience fee. You are actually given a chance before they sent ur accnt to colllections. And you are given the option to make a payment. If you were to call comcast directly the only options available to you would be either pay what you owe or get disconnected. Sometimes technicians might be able to give u a pymnt arrgmnt but is very rare depending if has been a natural disaster or in ur area. DO NOT blame the payment center for helping you out! So what you hate being help. It makes no sense whatsoever!!!

Just spoke with the company. They are calling the wrong person. Geez, if they are legit wouldn't Comcast give them the correct contact information? I don't have a Comcast account. Comcast doesn't service my area. Sounds like a scam!

EAS is a scam. They have called me, my mother, uncle, and brother claiming we owed them. We don't live in states that even offer comcast. And there is no ID theft.  We all had our credit checked to make sure. They may legitimately work for Comcast, but the 6 representatives I spoke to were ignorant and and incompetent. I simply asked for proof, send me a statement. "oh sorry my computer just crashed, ley me call you back. It's been 2 months.

The caller ID only shows "Eastern Acct" with
an originating location of Newtown, CT.  They
are probably one of dozens of telemarketers
that stupid Comcast gives out from its telephone
customers.  I wish FIOS would hurry up and move

My account was paid 11 days earlier and they claimed no payment was received.  Comcast verified that the payment was received.  They work with very old data and refuse to verify it (I believe this is against the law).

The reason I paid the bill 6 days late was Comcast has been putting bogus charges on my account and I need to verify everything. I had auto-pay and they would email me a bill with the correct amount and then deduct a higher amount from my credit card account.  Example: charges for service calls that should not be charged and for on-demand movie I never watched.

Ok, ok, I know I forgot to pay Comcast, but it would be nice if when I DO answer the phone, a person would be on the other end.  Everytime I get a call from this number, I just get a ring tone and then nothing.  How am I supposed to know this means I missed my payment if no one is there to tell me?

Its really not that big of a deal.  I just looked the number up ahead of time because I didn't recognize the number and it didn't come up as Comcast.  With all the scams out there, I wanted to know what I was dealing with before I got on the phone.  I pay my bills, but sometimes because of the economy right now, I run a couple of weeks behind if there have been crazy emergencies going on.  They are basically just a hired firm to give courtesy calls to let the customer know that they are running behind.  They aren't shutting off your cable or anything and they were not mean at all.  Very nice people.  I let them know when I usually pay, I have never run into an issue before with paying by that time.  She told me that wasn't a problem at all and instead of paying that $4 over the phone charge when I make my visa payments, she said, if I call before 3, they will process it free of charge and it will be applied immediately.  She was very nice and told me she would put that out there to try and help me save a little bit of money.  Can't beat that.  $4 is $4.  This site made me more nervous than I needed to be...LOL.

They did not leave a message, so I called them back.  Was on hold for about 2 mins. and when they picked up identified themselves as Comcast.  Said payment was past due, which it was since we had been out of town.  Told her we paid it, which we did, by mail, and she said she would make note of it.  Very polite and personable lady.

what you dont know is if you pay your comcast account online after your service has ended you're payment is not applied to your account therefore making your account unpaid and it does go to collections

Here are your facts straight my bill was due on 6-15-10 was paid on 6 -22-10 via online just after midnight, I had an operation and wasnt able to get over to computer. I just got a call from 203-270-2439 , so are you saying that 40 days have past from the 15 to 22nd in the same month and on late bill says pay by 25th, and today is the 23rd of June. Yes takes time to process payment up to 72 hrs, even still that would not fall in your timeframe stated of 40 days.So why is you company calling me is what I will be asking cable. This is a scam to put fear in people to pay your company a finders fee of payment and stating enjoy no cable to others is not your companies choice that is up to the cable provider. Very poor business practice is what I see here with your company, and dont tell me to pay my bill on time and wont get a call from you, I wasnt able to get out of bed yet doctors orders.
