At least I am not the only one. I do not have a credit card from Chase, but had one from WaMu three years ago. I no longer have it, but some one had gotten my name and phone number and opened a card. I have called and gone to the Chase bank and have cleared things with me, but have this phone call of whom they say that they are from Chase and want more info from me.

Received a phone call at 11:17PM called back number not working

called me at 3:49 am. Ignored it.

Got call at 2:30 am.  Said account locked. When called number later in morning was told number not in use.  On do not call list.

Received it on my cell also at 10:31 pm then my husband's cell at 12:04 am, no messages left either, so much for the Do Not Call Registry.

"Registered to Kurz Gisella of Stamford CT. Said my HSBC account had been locked. I don't have HSBC account and hung up."

JUST happened to me.  I tried to google the number cause when I redialed the message said it was not a number!!!  Now I'm thinking OH NOOOOOOO.  What has happened to any of you who got this call?  I'm so worried right now.  I'm worried that someone is taking out a credit card, etc.  OH NOOOOO  this is BULL and I fell right into it!!

Received a call from this number claiming to be HSBC bank. That my MasterCard has been locked due to possible fraudulent activity, to remain on the line to talk with their security department. I am familiar with this type of criminal activity.

I got a call from this number last night around 1 am ( midnight ... so annoying....) saying my HSBC credit card has been locked.......but I do not even have a HSBC credit card!!!! who knows whats going on here????

I got a phone call from this number at 3:16am,,,no message left and luckly enough my phone was totally in another room or they would have gotten an ear full from waking me up.

Call occurred at 3:21 AM.  HSBC Mastercard.

My cell phone went off at 3:34 this morning with a call from "HSBC" saying my M/C was locked. Don't have one. Yesterday my wife got one on HER cell. Same message; different phone number. Obviously these people are spoofing the numbers.

I got a call at 2am from this number.  Total BS.  I didn't answer.  Who ever the scamers are they are morons.  What company calls at 3am?  These people suck!  If they call you any time of day don't answer its a scam.

Sun June 20th 2011 - those deadbeat losers just called on this number trying to phise my credit card nubmer.  I hope the cops catch their sorry a***s soon.

Sun 20th June 2011 - Just got a call from 12033229876 - obvious robo attempt to phis my credit card.  Put it on speaker so my wife could listen but they disconnected before I could press 1 and get their menu.  Beware the phisers !

Received a phone call from the same number as everyone else regarding an HSBC card re-activation and to press 1 to speak with the security dept. All my cell lines have been registered for Do not call, but apparently, they don't give a S**T about the laws. I called back and the number was not in service. Shocking... Hey Government - how about doing your jobs and penalizing these groups that break your own laws.

Sunday got a call on my cell with automated voice that I was being transferred to security department.  When I called the number back, it was not in service.  Why does not someone stop these dreadful calls from these dreadfully unemployed, useless human beings!!!

Received a call from this number at 2:24 a.m. on 6/15/11.  Did not answer and no message left.

Called and said my Mastercard had been locked - press 1 for security. I hung up, glad I did.

I have done a little digging.  If you ever shopped craigslist or something similar and showed an interest in a product and gave your cell number, that is where they get it.   One of the emails attached is ben.hs40@gmail.com.   Of what I do know the scam starts with either selling the dead son's car at a sweet deal (shipping included) or pinball machines.   Read this article...

Got calls from this # without leaving messages

I received a message this afternoon from this number. It claimed there was a problem with a bank account.

I received a call from this number at 3:19 AM.  What the heck?

mine was HSBC, it's a scam

Get call from them .Good that I check this number and did not pick up the phone.
Why they are not afraid to use this # again and again...

I received a call from this number on 6/15/2011 at 2:53pm. I did not answer the call and no message was left. I called the number back and the recorded message indicated that the number is not in service. I am also on the Do Not Call List.

I received a call from this number at 3:27am this morning.  No recording or person was on the other end.

Phone rang at 2;04 am.  Was not happy, it woke me up.  I did not answer, it was a scam phone call.  I see that this number has been reported several times.  Hope you catch the person soon !!
