I KEEP GETTING CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER SAYING THEY CAN HELP ME, I DON'T NEED ANY HELP.

This person is making harrassing phone calls.

They called, said they were from Global and would not give any more details. They asked for my Birthdate and I refused and ended the call and told them not to call back

This company is calling from Global in care of Capital One. to verify any pay arrangements. They call as if there concerned about your well being and how it's going.  LOL
