Called back and phone just kept ringing no answer

For 2 days now we keep getting calls from that number,

I have received over a dozen missed calls from this number over the span of last weekend.  The couple of times I did pick up, a man identified himself as roger and I couldn't understand him when he told me why he was calling.  I told him to stop calling but he kept calling repeatedly.

Caller calls and hangs up, I call back with a fast busy signal on their side.
