i also didn't get any call from this number but i got email include with this email.
not with start foundation its from Hall family foundation and i know its scam or fraud.
because when i open same foundation website adress is same but telephone number is wrong and he mention mobile number
its fraud. or scame
How could it possible we got grant award. its totally bulshit find

It is a scam. No one is ever "chosen" to receive a grant without applying for it.

Here's how the scam works: The next step is that they tell you that before you receive your money you have to pay "processing fees" or "taxes" or whatever other thing they can think up. They usually want you to pay by Western Union wire transfer or a pre-paid money card ? something that's non-refundable and untraceable.

There is no third step. After you pay they disappear and you never hear from them again. Or get any money.

I didn't received a call from this number but it is included in an email. I am not sure if it is a scam or what but it is telling that I have a grant award from The Starr Foundation that I am chosen for this award although I did not join on this or submitted something...I'm quite confused whether it is a scam or not?!
