They are obvious scum, got call from Asian sounding woman, strangely calling herself Amanda that she is representing company Fresh Start did not manage to say anything more because I end the call.

Just thought i would answer this today as i was fed up with them, had a very loud and sharp whistle in my mouth one very long blast down the phone and i wonder if they will call me back now!

I'm not sure who is calling you (not many details beyond complaints of calls and no messages, on several sites).  If your phone does not have a call block feature, you may want to invest in a call blocker.

Saved number, looked it up here, it's calls regular, I answer it " so it costs them, and I play them up with, domino pizza, gay chat line, Samaritans help line, staybrite windows n doors, etc,,, you try it!! More fun,, save all the time waster numbers and do their headin!! Lol. Pass there numbers on to other time wasters, etc , new day new game !!

Had this number call me twice today

Regular calls from this number for 2 weeks. Have barred.

I also don't know anyone in Egypt but this number is driving me nuts. Called me 5 times today already.

Answered this today - broken English, asked for me by name, then said they were calling from "UClaim, regulated by the Ministry of Justice. Just wanted to check if you got your from the bank for your PPI"

Never taken it out so said yes and hung up

NINE calls in two days this week they've been calling EVERY DAY for SIX WEEKS they never speak its driving me fecking nuts!!!

Area code is for Alexandria and I had a call today which hung up after six seconds. I guess they make money from you when you try to call back...

my phone tells me the location of the area code and it was displaying as Alexandria...dont know anyone in Egypt!! this one's going on the reject list.
