just got the weird elevator-music call. I love talking to these guys when they get through.  the longer you keep them on the phone, the less money they're making.  If they get frustrated enough, they hang up!

ONLY COMPANIES THAT ARE SELLING A PRODUCT HAVE TO ABIDE BY THE DO NOT CALL LIST . a COMPANY THAT IS RAISING FUNDS FOR  A NON PROFIT POLICE OR FIRE  AND ETC DO NOT HAVE A DO NOT CALL LIST . i AM IN THE BUSINESS I DONT WASTE MY TIME CALLING RESIDENTS, THERES NO MONEY IN IT  AS SALESMEN ARE PAYED BY COMMISION. They just called me, played weird elevator music for about 15 seconds and then they hung up. Weird, huh?

They're a total scam and I think the best solution is call darling Rich at his home and see how he likes it!!  Posted upstream; begins w/ 860 and keep calling him, people.

Being on the Do Not Call Registry is a total joke!  I asked the same question as others did, "Rich, why do I have to give you my number to be taken off the list?"

The other solution is to block his calls if you're set up for it.

The PAL and Firefighters send out their own fundraising efforts, annually as do other PD organizations so that 100% of the monies donated actually go to them; whereas companies such as Rich skim off the top, pay themselves, their employees (harassers), so very little reaches if any reaches our 1st Responders.

Do scammers have clocks??? Scam for vets -- shame on them!

why do we have a no call list    i get more call now then i ever did
i tell all these political calls and survey companies to put me on the no call list and they say they are exempt then hang up then call the next day

i got a call today (saturday) from this number but wasn't home. the message was creepy! weird breathing and whispering something i couldn't understand.

203-597-1639 called our house to "fund raise" for a firefighters memorial.  He didn't know the names of the local fire departments, and called them "fire house one and fire house two."  He asked me if I knew the addresses of the fire departments and if I would give him the names of the fire houses.  Very suspicious, and I believe it to be a scam.  The man had a scratchy voice and sounded sincere.

PLEASE STOP THE CALLS.  I refuse to answer when I do not know the caller and and I refuse to call you when I am already on the national DO NOT CALL list.

Just received a call from this number - they ask if I was Mrs. xxxxx and I asked what was this in regards to - they hung up.

So Richard J Azzara why would I even want a phone call from your company again.  I would just like to know how you got my number.  Let me guess - it was bought with thousands of others.

they call every night and don't leave a message, when i answer they hang up, tried to call back and get a busy signal -- very annoying

One suggestion is to Take Your Name OFF the do not call list.  Maybe that is where they are sourcing numbers to call.  (since the list appears to be useless)

Hi Summer - does SNET even exist anymore?  I thought AT&T is not the proud owner.  BTW - AT&T is the worst customer service EVER - I will never buy anything associated with AT&T.

I got this phone call from 203 5971639.  Didn't know who it was from. Caller ID said FR Service. Didn't leave a message.

The FCC, FTC and DO NOT CALL Registry does NOT care about you or your complaint. They take your information and most likely sell it to other telemarketers. Read what they say AFTER you make a complaint. They will do nothing and NOT help you. email your elected officials (LOL) and most of all DO NOT vote as they are all on the same side  Theirs!!  

What I do to these telemarketers because THEY have contacted me is  and now I consider them my customer .. I Call them back and speak with them, Call back. call back call back  call back sometimes 40 or more times. I get their physical and personal info if I can, I.E. Their  address and owners name then mail them a letter. I keep a log of all calls and send them a bill for $150 for every call they make to me
