Just received a called from this number as well. They even contacted my parents house looking for me, leaving the same message as previous stated in other messages.

Received call and message twice once before new years and today with electronic voices and recording. Gave me a reference number and said I have a civil complaint but failed to mention the company that filed the complaint or what complaint is for. Scam, scam, scam! Not falling for it.

The phone numbers are often spoofed and these shady outfits move around constantly making it hard for them to track down.  Some of them are not even in this country too. Thats just a whole bunch of red tape tossed on top as well. They do get caught up with though, usually its later rather then sooner.  

Do file reports though and consider getting a call blocker, either device or phone. Devices hold more numbers then phones do.

Same here.  Received a call making the same threats.  It's so strange because I've been receiving the same call for the last three plus years. I figured the authorities have been notified, but why hasn't anything been done yet?

I received a recorded message at my workplace with a similar irritating, threatening message instructing me call 203-610-6492, to resolve a pending legal action before papers were served. I immediately called the number, was connected with a very rude woman. I was quite rude back at her and demanded the work number be removed from their records. She hung up. I called again got another rude woman and demanded the same thing.  She hung up. Third try yielded a reasonable woman, and I asked her to remove the number from their records.  She put me on hold for about 90 seconds, came back on said it had been removed and to have a nice day. We will see if it worked.

I did get a call from the 2036106492 as well with a case number asking for my husband, but this was on my company cell number and  they have also called him on his company desk phone..  This is potentially a very embarrassing situation for both of us and am willing to press charges against these people in a class action.  They are harrassing and more important their recording leaves personal names and information for ANYONE to hear.  They indicating this was their 3rd and final attempt. I did call to find out why they are calling and the man was tired and sleepy sounding and he asked for my last four social and I told him why would I want to give you that and what company wants to give me summon's he said I can't give that information out and I told him I don't give my information out to anyone when they asked for my social and he got a little upset when I told him that and he said I had some pending charges and I asked what company and he got tired of me asking him and he said OK and hung up. So I believe it is a scam by the sound of his voice and the back ground sound strange and he was being slow at doing what he was doing.

I just got a call from them today. Telling me my SSN was part of a fraud... This was the first time they called

I got the same call last night. These guys are debt collectors, and use threats to get people to engage them so they can recover funds and make their commissions.   By law, they cannot contact your employer, or you at your place of employment, and they know that......They're banking on you NOT knowing your rights.  It's all a bunch of bluster and scare tactics.

Yes I have received one and it said the same thing yours did ...threatening and their third and final time. And also said the case number and told me good luck at court and when you call it back there isn't a company name or anything said on the recording

Same call saying 3rd attempt and if I dont call back will serve summons at my job. I called them a few times to try to get information and was hung up most of the times. I was told they dont provide a physical address and I asked how I am supposed to send a letter and was given an email address of goldman_resolutions@charlotte.twcbc.com

Received the message...  remember one thing lawyers don't call after 5 or 6...  collecters and scammers call afterb hours while other business' are closed...

I got phone calls last month with two different numbers saying the same thing. So today I got another phone call saying that this is the final attempt to settle out of court before I will be served with a summons at my home or my employer. Did anybody get the same message today

I have received the same calls and threats. I just don't answer or call back. It is ashamed that it is that easy to get your information. Fortunately all they had was my name.

They cannot contact you at work as it is illegal. They cannot call your employer as it, too, is illegal. This marks them as a scam. Report them to your State Attorney General and turn the tables on them!

yes someone just called me from a 12036106492 and I didn't answer left a message telling me this was their attempt in contacting me "processing and summons division department, left a reference number. so I called back and she said my name correct first and last, and then ask me for the last 4 of my social security number, and I said you tell me what it is, she said well I don't know who you are, I said how do you think I feel you asking me for my information and I don't know who you are. she then said we will have to end this call, I said bye!!.. I have recently been a victim of these phone calls and one of the companies told me that they are going to garnish my income tax, so I did it. After investigating the number it turned out to be a porn website... people please be careful this stupid companies are trying to take from our families..

I have been getting these phone calls from this number.  They actually went as far as to call my place of employment, and tell my boss, that they were going to come and have me arrested!

Yes I have been getting several threatening phone calls from these people for the last month.

I have had several calls from these people from several different numbers. When I do get a company name I am told Goldman and Associates. When I ask for a physical address, web site, or main company number I am told they DO NOT have to give that information. When I ask for proof of debt I am told you will get it in court. I have been threatened by a person calling himself John White and a Woman name Audrey or Aubrey. This is supposedly over a payday loan from 8+ years ago. If they show where I owe I will pay but they refuse. If this is true I guess I will see them in court.  

This is a scam I received a call from the 803#before and never called back. This time I called back and  afterl istening to hold music for about 4 minutes when I asked the person what company this was she hung up on me

I not only am getting this BS. "Received threatening message from 2036106492 with a case number indicating this was their 3rd and final attempt at contacting me.  I did not call back.  I have not received a call from this number previously but did receive a call from 8037281738 both leaving the same case number as a reference.  A Mr. Blackwell was referenced in the call from "Processing & Summons" division." They also called my husband and now his ex-wife!!!

Got the same call from 1-203-610-6492. It was a message for a Mr. Nunez (not my name) threatening me with a warrant. Third & final call blah, blah, blah. Last day if I want to settle out of court etc. Got them before from Louisianna not Ct. I'll report this one to.

I keep getting unwant called about some "Fradulant Charges and i have no idea what they are talking about they keep call from many diffrent numbers. I'm going to report this to FTC.

I keep getting calls for these people at my work number for someone who isnt even in the company.  I've called them at 3 other numbers previously and told them the person doesn't work here yet I keep getting calls from new numbers..
