Call 800-876-0158 - select option #2 - and whoever answers explain you are sick of robo calls and ask for sales...they will allegedly remove your number - the humans actually answered the phone! Good Luck

Ok people - I researched this 203 626 7300 number...it is connected to Thermospa in New Haven Ct....When I looked up Thermospa - I found a toll free number 800-876-0158.  I called it and selected option #2 - customer service...I explained to a person named Maureen that I was SICK of the robo calls and that they were violating the Do Not Call rule.  She then transferred me to Sales and low and behold - they had my husbands cell phone in their data base with someone else's name.  I told them they had the wrong name tagged to my husbands cell and to remove it ASAP.  Allegedly, they complied.  Will see...hope this helps...call them at that toll free number and tell them to STOP calling!

After viewing their webpage online this company has relentlessly called my mobile number.  They will not accept no for an answer and are in violation of a "do not call" restriction on my phone although they are aware of it.  My phone is also registered in the DNC Registry "https://www.donotcall.gov/?" but they do not respect the law.

After researching spas in the area of Raleigh, NC from my Miami, Fl  home I started receiving these annoying calls.  The caller represents himself as a spa rep and although I asked not to be called the calls have continued for one week now.  They are relentless and call at any time of the day or night.  Luckily, they are calling my mobile phone which I turn off at night.

They still call 2-3 times a day. I agree with everyone else, this is harassment and I'd never buy from them just because of this!

I never even placed a call to their company.  I put it in my cell phone to contact them later, now I get phone calls constantly.

I, too, have experienced numerous phone calls from ThermoSpas. I initially asked for information and now they just keep calling. It has been four months, and they keep calling. I wish they would just stop, if I were going to purchase a spa from them, I would have done it by now. They are just becoming a nuisance with their call frequency.

I will never buy a product from this company, due to the volume of phone calls they continue to make ~jam after repeated requests for them to "cease and desist" calling me!!!

I filled out my information to ask them to send me a free DVD but I did not submit my information. Instead, I closed the tab from the ThermoSpas website on my web browser. I thought they did not get my information!

This number just called here again.  NO message on my ans. machine.  After reading the comments above, I'm glad I didn't ans. the call.  I'm on the DO NOT CALL list, too.

Could be Thermospas as other post indicated. I get calls night & day from this number & Thermospa . I inquired 3 yrs ago with Thermospa on-line but bought a spa from another company, So for THREE yrs they have been calling my house as early as 8:00 a.m. I'm going to answer my phone with a frigging fog horn next time they call. I am soooo sick of these calls!!!

22 calls since 9/14 today is 10/8. You think they would have to pay money to make the call but clearly it must be the other way around. I told them to stop calling. I've even received a couple phone text.

This company has been calling for a few months, but since 11/21/11 they have called 14 times...one day they called 5 times. don't waste your time calling them, they'll just increase the # of calls per week.
Don't forget to sent complaints to the National Better Business Bureau web site....c/o State of Conn.
and your phone carrier maybe able to help as well.  I am working all the angles to get these people off my cell phone. They are breaking the law!..plus I am on the no call list. That list isn't working very well.

I called Thermospa 2 years ago to inquire about their hot tubs. They were suppose to send my information and a video in the mail. I never received anything from them but the call my phone constantly. They couldn't follow through with simple info in the mail so I'm not giving them the satisfaction of answering the phone. They call everyday. There is a few months where they do not call but then they start again. Had they sent the info they were suppose to, I would have bought a hot tub from them but now it is too late!

We get several calls a day,  every day of the week. Totally annoying, when I answer, no one there. Just called number back and requested to remove our number from the calling list, that it is getting to be harrassment

I made an online inquiry once, many months ago and calls started immediately. I've called them back and requested they remove me from their call list twice but the calls have still continued.  I re-registered my number on the Do Not Call List and then filed a complaint online.  I suggest that everyone who is being called by thermospas to file a complaint online with the National Do Not Call Registry at https://www.donotcall.gov/

3 or 4 calls a day some late in the evening.

Okay, so we have a quorum.  ThermoSpas harrasses and doesn't care about complaints from their marks.  What can we do about it?

I put the number in to see what information came up on it here and guess what? I requested information from ThermoSpa 3 years ago and they started calling. I asked them to stop and they did for 3 years...Now they've started calling me again out of the blue...

I actually spoke with the sales person and told them that I was not interested at this time.  I am now receiving at least 3 calls  per day from this number.
