All day every day, It should be against our laws as to me it is harassment, even if I don't pick up.  Blocking numbers are sent to another but same @#@#@#@, , and these annoying callers who work the boiler rooms are being paid for it.  They will tell you it is monitored by computer, ,,  if so dumb computer.  

Just used Fios call block function to block their a**es permanently

They call 4 or 5 times every day.  So annoying.

This is one of the many different numbers they use daily to annoy me with their offers of savings of my electrical bill. Ever since the Connecticut deregulation, I must receive four or five of these a day. If I do answer I tell them to take me off their calling list, but it doesn't work; although they are courteous when they answer, it does not good; they still call and call.

One day some reps from one of these local fly-by-night discount companies in CT snuck into my high-rise building, past the security door (perhaps piggybacked on a tenant entering), and went go door-to-door, soliciting Spanish-speaking customers to sign up (because they were themselves Spanish-speaking, that is, the people going door-to-door). When I went downstairs to get my mail, I told the ladies in the building office downstairs about these people up on the fifth floor where I live, with Hispanic tenants listening to their spiel and signing their names on papers, and the ladies were amazed they had gotten up to the fifth floor; usually they had gotten the bum's rush by the second or third floors, I was told.

I was assured this soliciting was totally against building policy, and they would get them out right away. What's more, they had gotten in before (some tenant mindlessly buzzed them in), and had been thrown out before, and very recently, too! Same people! Knew they weren't supposed to be there, and victimized tenants who only spoke Spanish!

As if I would ever buy anything from some harassing company like that, with or without the phone calls.Interestingly, because I didn't speak Spanish (and they did also speak English, as I had asked them, politely but firmly, what they doing there and they replied with some noncommital answer in perfect English), they didn't try to sell to me! (Please know I am not attempting to defame Hispanic or Spanish-speaking people, just the people who use the opportunity to try to scam and railroad them into signing for some junk or other, based on a sense of phony friendship.)

Called me 5 time in an hours span. They're offering a discount on the UI bill. My number is a do not call list but that doesn't seem to matter. This harassment if you ask me.
