I received 2 voicemails from someone by the name of MR. FLEMING. He has an accent, sounds as thought he he may be Iranian. How many people do you know fromm Iran with the name if Mr. Fleming. The number he calle from is 203)672-2114. He keeps stating I need to call him in regards to a "legal matter. He can't leave perosnal or confdential information on voicemail. If he doesnm't herar from me or my attorney today, he will have turn the "legal document" over to the next person to proceed. Waht kind a scam is this??

I've been receiving the same calls from the same number but he has said about 3 different names And he also has my ssn and old bank account number...
  I've contacted police.. Where did you go to get this taken care of. He's been harassing me for a month now. Making threating calls about me and my fiance and kids..
    This has got to stop..

We have received numerous calls from a man who calls himself 'Sam Johnson' from different phone numbers (203-672-2114; 615-369-0414) requesting a co-worker who tells us this man is calling from a collection agency.

i was called to by the same man as well using sam johnson. I told him about my attorney and they didnt want to talk to them. How did you found out about the FBI investagtion?

they called the school where i work every 15 mins to get in touch with me.after awhile they decided that they would try talking to my boss and try to reveal my personal info to her. so i called my attorney to let them know what was said and to whom . come to find out, not only it is illegal  but you can sue them for harressment. when you tell them you want information like an address which by law they are required to give. they put me on hold.  when i kept the man talking i let him know that i remember his voice and that he used a different name to call me . he put me on hold. :) so i told him my attorney's name and number then the story change stating that they didnt want to talk to them but only to me because it was my problem. so now i have gone to the federal trade commision and bbb to filed against this company. so if they call you get all the infomation you can address, place of business, etcand called the FTC and BBB office to file a complaint the more you called them and give them info the more they can find them and sue them or shut this down. below is the name that was given to me from the school that was said to have called.

I have received messages at work from a Sam Johnson where he leaves this return number. It is exactly as described from Scam Buster above. I have had this happen before on two other incidents. They have my ssn and my old bank account number and said if I didn't pay them 5800.00 by 2pm via moneygram I would be picked up from work. I pressed them to send me paper work and wouldn't you know they said they can't. I told them I had contacted the local police and the police in their area (I found out there was an FBI investigation going on with the first number they used a few months ago) and they stopped calling - for a while. Then they called at home and I told them it was a fraud and to stop calling and they did, until now. All gave what appears to be false names because they all sounded like they are from India, some accents so strong I could not understand them.
Don't fall for it!

Ok, I didnt recieve a call from this number, but i saw this page and called it stating that a MR, FLEMMMING had left a message, basically i used kimmys message, told them my name was John Smith, they told me that to confirm my ientity, the gave me "johns" ssn AND bank account number,  (without asking for anything to prove who i was) and then proceeded to tell me that there were 3 charges that were going to be pressed at 1:30pm at my county courthouse (when i asked which county that was, they said well, mr john, what county is closet to you, so i played along for a bit then asked what county again, they came back with some count in NC, so i responded with the fact that the whole call was being recorded and i knew it was a scam cuz they didnt have me verify any info, then they hung up on me. But in the end, they tell you that there legal charges being pressed and you can stop them before they go to court if you just pay the amount owed to the company they told me it was actually $6872.14, but the company was willing to settle for $4203.00 and i could pay my visa, mastercard, or moneygram, and it would be payed to them and they would in turn pay the companies.....LMFAO. It was hilarious, I wanna call back and give them another name, just out of the blue, and record it.

A Mr. Flemming (who's accent is so strong I can barly make out what he is saying). However, He is telling me that he cannot tell me any more of the legal matter over a voice mail, that I need to call him back before this matter goes to legal court.

this is a scam i have been getting them too he keeps saying he is different people. read reports on 917 464 2535 you wil see this .. give this to your boss let them see all the messages about these peole. he also uses 203 672 2113.. good luck

I had the same call from a Shawn Robertson. Can someone tell me if this is legitimate? I'm scared about losing my job...please help with info about this.
