Called my phone at 9am and told me that they were calling because I filled out a survey and indicated that I would like a job with the company. I never fill out surveys and I would certainly never indicate that I wanted to pursue a job opportunity at the end of any survey. When I asked what the survey was and what company it was for the person kept talking over me so I hung up. I'm guessing this is some kind of ridiculous scam.

They called my cell, and said they were following up on an online survey that I took.  I said I did not take any online surveys, so they said thats ok they can open a profile just for me.  I gave them the dial tone.

just received call, called number back, recording said that number "wasn't assigned yet". Whatever that means

same experience as other reported; when I pressed 9 and asked who they were so I could report them to my state attorney general the man said "no way", "no way" and hung up.

Last chance to lower you credit card interest rates to 6+%...

I just googled that number, which is how I found this.  We just got a robo-call from that number, giving the spiel about "...there is no problem with your credit card, but you may qualify for lower interest rates of (quoted rate was higher than we already have)," etc.  "Push nine if you would like to speak with an agent and lower your interest rate..."  The last time these kinds of unsolicited calls came in for my parents, we were hounded for months, with aggressive people trying to get us to let them "help" us.  It was a big scam, and even though we could see that, and told them repeatedly to stop calling, they continued, and somehow managed to put some small charges on mom's credit card, which we had removed (we certainly never gave them any credit card info).  Online I discovered many other people also had similar experiences, all very bad.

ANYway, this time I spoke with the agent (obviously in a boiler room with lots of other agents taking calls) and asked him for the name of the company, which he said was "Account Services" (how conveniently vague). He said they are in Orlando, FL.  When I asked for a telephone number, he put me on hold and then after a few seconds--surprise!--the connection went dead.  These are scumbags; do anything you can to keep them away from you and off your phone.

Got the call hit 9, was asked did I hit 9 to lower my interest rates. I said no I hit 9 to find out what does it take to make these calls stop. No word of a lie the little heavily accented bast*** said It takes two licks of the tootsie roll and hung up on me. Just sign me frustrated beyond belief. I'll report them but doubt it will have any impact.

Also got the "number not assigned" when I called it back to see if I'd missed a business call.  This has happened more and more with numbers that are a front.

also.  Whe I clled back got the message "number not yet assigned yet"  Why do phone scamsters always find away around the law.

As others have stated, it was a recording telling me my credit card interest could be lowered to 6.9% but this offer was only available for a VERY LIMITD time, so I was told to press 9 to talk to an agent.  Of course, it didn't state which of my credit cards because this is a scam, and violates the Do-Not-Call Lists that I am on.

It's a landline phone number, not a cell phone #.

They called me: had a voice message of saying something about lowering interest rates on my credit card...press 9...so I did and then a lady picked up and I said I wanted off her calling list and she hung up on me.

PLEASE STOP CALLINg ME!!!!

"Important message regarding your credit card!" No option to unsubscribe or opt out. I hit "9" to talk to a person and asked to be put on their Do Not Call list. They hung up on me.

Talked with them, they claim to "work" with Citi, GEMB, all the big credit card companies.  When I asked the name of their company she hung up.  I  tired to call back and got the "this number is not assigned".  Everyone who gets a call needs to report this to the FTC.

Your credit card accounts are OK , this is the third instance of this caller no other comments are made. This is upsetting are they running a phone number check for later data mining to get my credit card info for something I will not know what is this purpose.

Oh yeah, called back and got the same message as other comment, this number has yet to be assigned.

Bullpoop call, claim to be able to reduce your credit card interest rate.  They call ALL THE TIME even though they have been asked to remove our number from their call list.  Their response is always arogant and hang up on you.  For now on I just log onto the FTC website/National Do Not Call Registry  https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx and file a complaint every time they call in hopes that this will eventually force these b****eads to stop calling.

Got a message about lowering my CC's & this person comes on wanting to know everything about my credit & then some. I told them I do not have any credit cards & then they said for me to sign up with their service so I can get some credit problems. I about fell on the floor then the line went silent then a fast busy signal. I am tellin ya I am about fed up with this so called horse __it from these companies WHEN I am supposed to be protected from them with this so called DO NOT CALL LIST.... These are the only calls I get on my ID caller--23 a day. I have taken out my answering service & on my cell phone have no more leave a message after the beep. Since I have done all this, the phone calls have almost stopped. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau & there is not a thing they can do since all these numbers are not actually working numbers. I am seriously considering cancelling my home phone & cellular service IF there is nothing that can be done.

They keep calling and hanging up when I answer. I don't have caller ID so did the *69 deal to get their number. Very annoying. I'm glad I googled and got this site to find out more.

Recorded voice asked me to press "9" to lower my credit card interest rate to 6%. I hung up because this is obviously a scam. My question is: Why am I being called if I am on the "Do Not Call lIST"?

Received multiple calls between 8/20/09 and 8/21/09 -- got a recorded message that purports to be a warning about the state of one of my credit card accounts. The Caller ID showed "Voice Vision" and the number 203-702-4619.  Tried calling that number, and got a message that it was "unassigned".  I strongly suspect this is a credit card fraud effort.

Did not answer.

I requested not to receive any calls from your company, since I do not own a credit card. I am getting tired and feel I am being harassed. If I receive 1 more call from this phone number I will report it to the Better Business Bureau.
