When I called back I got a busy signal.

Keep getting calls, no answer when I call back

They just call and hang up... weird!!!

Keeps calling. When I answer they speak in spanish...I dont speak spanish. They are calling my cell and its charging me. Im on the dont call registry...this is very annoying

first i got a call from a withheld # and it was a *jose martinez* from the hispanic cultural center and i just hung up, then i got a call from the aforementioned # a minute later. i just didn't answer. i hope that's the end of it.

I answered the call last night but nobody said anything, then the number called me back early this morning.

I received a call today from a woman talking in spanish and saying she was Jessicas from Centro Cultural Hispano (Hispanic Cultural Centre) and when she asked for my name I responded that I dont know her and if for what she wanted to know my name, she hang off inmediately. I dont use to take calls from unknown people.

I have never been able 2 answer the call. But I have tried calling back and it rings the first time then a busy signal turns up. Has any one been able to answer? The area code is 4m conneticut right?

the same thing happens to me

it means that the number calling you is a OUTBOUND line ONLY. They can call you , but you can NOT return a call to them. Their way of protecting themselves from getting the same treatment they all give us. Same thing for all those "disconnected" "can not be completed as dialed" so on. Out bound lines from them.
