Saying law suit has been filed against me.  Said name was GregMiller from atty office.  Very rude.  Spoke very poor English.

Receiving Call from this number to my business and claiming that my ex employee has a dept to them, making up some federal cases, speaks with 711 Indian ascent and giving American names, also calls from 9 something area code number and says thats hes calling from attorney generals office lol.

i got this call from some debt collector law firm saying I was doing electronic checks ,money laundering  check fraud and a list of other stuff he had my email and my social I have never committed none of these thing how can we stop this scam.  I told him it was a scam he started yelling at me saying that the state of Alabama was going to sue me and arrest me if anyone know how to stop this let me know.  2039929158 is the number.

they are from India  and very abusive will not stop calling going on for me 6 months, changed my cell phone number and had peace for 1 month. they started caling again 2 weekss ago. I have cricket and think they sold my info, will now  change carrier.

1I contacted the FCC FTC and attorney general, they cannot do anything because the callers are in India and using different routing numbers in US. Have called my wk and cell constanly. Very abusive talk. Changed  my cell and after 1 month they now call new cell number. I have cricket service and believe they must be connected. Will now switch to another carrier.

you are right and for 1 week they called me every 20 minutes and changed my number problem is they started calling new number after 1 month. I have cricket for my phone service and I believe they are  connected. I am going to switch carriers now. They are nasty people and now are calling my work place.

they called me all the way in Louisiana saying that I had a warrant and that my sheriff would be in contact with me and an unknown number called me said his name ( which wasn't even the sheriffs name) and asked if I stole any money are if I owed anyone and I told him no and that I need to take my tax returns and important info to my local court house ( didn't even know where the court house was) needless to say I have called the FBI and reported there number and all info they gave me

GThese people have called me threatening to put me in jail regarding a pending suit againsst me but if I pay charges would be dropped. Was given several different names from on person..Limited 145572760547 in any information...believe is a scam.WAS CALLED OUT OF MY NAME WHEN INQUIRING TOLD ME BRING LOTS OF MONEY TO COURT BECAUSE ITS GOING TO COST ME BIG....

By far the rudest most unfriendly Indian scam I have encountered yet.

I have been receiving calls from this # as well on my cell phone and at work. I have not given out any information. Please be careful. This is a SCAM. My bacnkruptcy attorney is calling them back.

Same story as everyone else but I'm already aware of this scam (friend of the local police chief and several county sheriffs and even one federal judge) so I told him to have the federal marshal stop on over and we'll share a burger and a beer while we discuss the list of charges we will be going to file against you.

While they might get you fired for harassing calls to your employer (illegal also), this smacks of extortion scam..
Both you and your employer should file complaints on these calls.  Most of these scammers are in other country's and have no idea how our legal system even works. No such things as criminal debt.. owing someone money is a civil matter. And you should print this out and take it to your employer so they know about these scam operations going on!

Please do file reports with the FBI, your state attorney general and Department Of Justice,FTC & FCC..

they called my employer and told them i had criminal debt, i called them back and they told me i would lose my job if i didnt pay right away

just received a call not nice people. telling me I am going to be arrested and so forth. Cash advance is the company suing me, called them and they know nothing about it. Doesn't even have my correct address.

These people called my employer and left a message saying that I was being sued for fraud and that I owed money for a payday advance I have never even used a payday advance company, I am very upset. I will be reporting them to the attorney general in Connecticut.

I keep getting calls from this number and they called my employer and said that I am in a lawsuit with my company!
I called this number back and asked what this debt was for , this arbia talking guy or india said have your lawyer call us.. my company told me it is against they law for them to call your business of work........Don't no what to do if they call again any suggestions? My daughter said to say If you get calls from this number you are to tell them Cease and Desist from calling your phone number that you are reporting this number to the Attorney General. so this is what I am doing today

They called from this number, saying that , I will go to prison, if i do not give them information, and I should have my lawyer present. I Told them that:: I'm keeping a record of their call and saving any messages they leave. and I will call and go to the police to make a report, they are acting like terrorists.

I just got a message form these fools. Who do they think we are? Booboo the fool? I'm not stuck on stupid. Call me again and see what happens. Watch out. The time for the crazies to come out. Don't fall for it.

I keep getting calls from this number, a man with a strange accent claims there is a "case" against me and to avoid my arrest I should have my attorney call the # directly. He stated the last 4 digits of my social AND my employer name!!

this Nigerian man from this telephone said the exact same thing to me and I also told him I did not have any knowledge of the allegations and would pass his information on to an Attorney. He became very rude and loud. I requested he no longer contact my number.

These people just called me with the same story of owing stealing money from a corporation and they they would issue an arrest warrant and call my employer.  They had the first 5 digits of my social and would not give me any information.  They need to be stopped.

Do NOT give these B *****DS  any info. These need to have the authorities on them and there a lot problems.
DON'T be their victim be THEIR  CONVICTOR!!!

If your phone can, BLOCK these numbers. DO NOT give info to anything. If they are not willing to speak to a Bankruptcy Attorney, claims money won't solve it, etc. then THEY need to have the POLICE or the FBI o them asap. When will this ridiculousness end!?
