HERE IS HOW THE SCAM WORKS FOLKS : 1) you list your vehicle on a legit site, let's say kijiji or craig's list or the auto trader. 2) because your number is listed and you have a vehicle for sale you get a call from one of these companies making incredible promises, (eg : we have buyers lined up, we have people pre-approved, most sales occur in the first two weeks, we have a money back guarantee policy , we can put you in touch with people immediately..... etc blah blah blah.      Of course none of this is true, and all they have is a web-site with a company that no one has ever heard of.  The individual calling you charges as much as they can, $299, $399 , $499 and stresses the urgency of getting the vehicle sold, do it NOW NOW NOW type idea.      
3) you give them your credit card number and they run the card. Typically the sales person gets to keep 40% of what they charge you and the owner of the company keeps 60% and then you never hear from them again because they are too busy trying to get another sale and you get absolutely nothing NO CALLS , NO FINANCING, NO MONEY BACK , NOTHING!!!!!  YOU ONLY HAVE 24 HRS TO CANCEL FROM THE TIME THEY RUN YOUR CREDIT CARD AND AFTER THAT  - YOU HAVE BEEN TAKEN BY A SCAM ARTIST, MOST OF THEM ARE DRUG ADDICTS, CRIMINALS, LOW LIFE, AND THE SLICKEST GUYS CAN MAKE A DECENT PAYCHECK TAX FREE - that is how the game is played folks!!!

I as well received a call from Sandy @ 204-219-3918 and unfortunately I did do a direct deposit to the Internet Find Autos Group at the Royal Bank for total of $313.95.  Stupid me, but both my husband and I felt it was legit.  I received a receipt for the ad submitted, since then I've received 3 txts from someone overseas wanting to purchase my vehicle for an uncle, They said they couldn't come see the vehicle, but asked that I give them my paypal acct and they would deposit the $$ and have someone come to pickup the vehicle.  I obviously didn't go along with that.  Anyways then tried having Sandy cancel my ad, she told me that she would have the office forward cancellations papers, I've spoke with her 3 time in the past month, I've received nothing, she gave me the 1-866-602-8373 number, it's out of service, so I emailed admin@netfindautos.com, and my mail has been returned.  Arg...  I believe I've been scammed.  So this morning I left a message on her phone stating all of the above, and asked that if she had any morals, she'd give me a ring back.  Haven't heard anything yet.

I just posted this on their 866-602-8373 number as well.  Be vary wary, it's not adding up.

Same this as Max stated on December 19th, 2012.  It was Sandy with me too, here is the entire email, be cautious if you see anything with the following info below.  I had to ask twice to get her name, but she had no issue asking me for $500 right up front.  Even though I posted on kijiji.ca she seems to think I will pay a fee for her to arrange three people to look at the vehicle.  When I asked her further about the fee and why she wouldn't just subtract it from the sale price of the vehicle I didn't really hear an answer.

So, I asked her to email me the details and I immediately searched their phone number and domain.  The email address doesn't match the one on the website, and the website is outdated.  I assume they are using the site as a launching point to make it look legit, there is nothing at all coming up under 2012 vehicles when searching.  The phone number is linked to the following website I am referring to above:  http://www.netfindautos.com/


As promised here is the info she sent me in the email and it was so unprofessional that she forwarded me an existing email from December 19th that was sent to another customer, talk about sloppy.

As I was writing this post she just called me again @ 2:49 PM December 22nd, 2012 trying to make sure I received the email, they definitely want money for nothing without offering to remove their so called fee from the sale price if they really had three people lined up to buy my truck through them.  If the sale was so guaranteed I find it funny how they are pushing for me to pay them.

Just got call from same number a lady by name Sandy. She asked me to pay 399 (i guess they increased their scam price because the rest of comments are saying 199 or 299).

she told me the same story as the rest and there are 3 customers in waiting. I said i post an ad for free why should i pay you?!

I told her you bring me the check i will give you half of it.

THEY ANSWERED AND HUNG UP, SO NEXT STEP AT 3 AM.....

I had the same experience as the other readers on this site.  I went so far as to get the "Internet find autos group" banking information (which I am giving to the police) from the BMO!  Pretty ballsy, I'd say!  Sonja won't like Saskatchewan people when I get through with her!

I just got a call from someone named Sonya.  She said that she had 3 people who had bad credit but now had money to buy my 5th wheel if they liked it.  She wanted the $299. plus taxes sent to the royal bank in the name of netfindautos.  I called her back with a question and got no answer and no business message either.  She did call back however and I called her on the scam.  She said that all companies get some bad reviews.  Almost fell for it but found these reviews when researching netfindautos.

This girl is a real scam and been around for years with different company's I can tell its her by her crappy sales pitch  204-219-3918 Sonja A&W is hiring! next time you call I'm calling the RCMP.

Sonja netfindautos.com must be on a Indian reservation cause this scam looks to date back some time now and the RCMP are not doing anything about this.

Just got the same call from Sonja, I must pay her up front 299.00 and her company would sell my RV.  She has three interested buyers within one hours drive and they have been pre-approved for a loan. The deal can be made on a weekend.  I told her I would pay once my RV was sold and she said her business did not work that way. I asked for her website and sure enough found this 5 mintues later. Thank you people. Never did call her back.

Just received a call from this number, rude lady that identified herself as Sonya.  Indicated she had 3 people interested in my trailer for sale.  Said they were a company that provided financial backing for people with bad credit.  I took her business name, number and said i'd research the company before making a commitment (it sounded odd to me) and thank goodness i did.  There are reports all over the internet about this scam.

I?m glad I didn?t move forward as this smelt like a scam. Sonia also wanted me to up my price on my trailer to cover the fee they charge. Only after I paid would she send the buyers my way, hmmm. If this was legit, wouldn?t it make more sense to pay me when and if the trailer sells? This has too m any red flags. Beware, you were warned.

I received a call from this number, the number was not blocked however.  I didn't answer as I rarely do when I get calls from area codes I do not recognize.  It was a very rude message with barely any details from a female asking to call this number back if I still have my car.  AS IF I'm going to call you back!  You don't give a name, you're calling from a different province!  I'm not stupid.

I suspect these people harvest auto advertisements, then try to coerce the seller into advertising with them. Possibly (when I called, I got voice mail...) part of the "scamco" Global Auto Group.

Got a call from a lady asking if my car was for sale.  She informed me someone saw the ad and was trying to get financing and if the vehicle checked out they would get the financing.

Told her I already have a deal in progress and she told me to call her back if my deal fell through.  

Think she said her name was Lisa?

I suspect there will be some kind of fee (possibly advertising) I have to pay in order to sell my vehicle through her....

She called and said she is with a finance company and a couple of her customers brought my boat ad to her and are interested in it and if I could get my boat on her website, her customers could contact me directly. That was all she said, she did not provide her name, nor did she provide the name of the business.

My first and only response was, so you want me to pay you get get my boat on your website? That was all I asked and she hung up.

So I called the number, she answered and I asked what business she was with but before I could get much out she hung up again. Calling the number again results in going to voice mail.

The number she was calling from has no business voice message, she did not provide her name or business name and was very unprofessional considering she was looking to get my boat on their website and apparently wanted my money or maybe credit card to scam me further.

Stay far away from scammers like this.. Callers need to identify who they are and the nature of the call and not to "lie" about customers wanting your vehicle to try to secure payment from you to display your vehicle. Also, why would anyone in Manitoba take my boat ad to a finance company in Manitoba and have them contact me in British Columbia. Could be a reputable business but most certainly a unprofessional lady doing their calling. Success rate must be real low with this lady at the helm!

Would never trust a business operating like this! NEVER!

on the 10th.of march i got a call from sonya at netfindauto and wanted me to pay 300.00 dollars to post my motor home on her web site.said she had a couple of buyers and thay would be in contact with me. i don't know where it is offical are not,i gave her my debit card number to post my motor home on her site, but after i search the web about them i wonder if it is offical.

I just receiced a call from Sonya at this number. She asked for 299.00 to sell my 5th wheel as she was a fiance company and had 2 locals trying to buy my rv. exactly like Bruce says in his statement above. When I didn't want to use a credit card she would take my banking info and do debit. I am really thinking this is a scam.

i called my brother in winnipeg , asked him to call this number because it would be a local call, again the person who answered name was sonja, she told my brother that she was waiting for me to call her back,,   lier lier , she told me on 14 dec. that she would call me back in bc   pretty bad business, when she called me she wanted 299.00 to list my sale item  i said i listed it myself on internet.   have a good christmass sonja who  ever you ar   hope someone  finds you before  crime stoppers

A lady Called today, said that she had two clients interested in my 5th wheel trailer. If I could pay 299.00 to move my add to her website, the clients would contact me directly. I had a 90 day guarantee that I could get my money back if I did not sell my trailer through her website.
Said she was a finacing company working with WEBFINDERS Auto or something to that effect.
Sounded fishy to me.
