My mother, who lives in Southern California in a 909 area code, has called me twice from her home phone, but instead of seeing her number or name pop up on my cell phone this number has. This happened a few days ago and then again last night. I just looked up the area code and saw that it's Canadian!  I have no clue how or why this happened.

Got 3-4 calls to my cell and home phone.

Three back to back Calls To My Cellular Phone from this number. I answered all three times but there was never an answer at the other end. I recently posted an item for sale on Craislist.com. Maybe that has something to to with the calls?

I did not answer this call but the caller left a message.  It was my doctor's office in Maryland, only about a 20 minute drive from where I live, calling to remind me about a future appointment.  Weird.

This # is telemarketer trying to line up mortgage re-fi prospects. Any idea who it is?

I've had my father call from his home phone, only to see this number appear on my caller ID. When I answer, all 3-4 times, it's been my dad and neither of us can figure out how/why that number is displaying. I guess it's a Canadian number, but it makes absolutely no sense to me as to why the lines are getting crossed.

So, does anybody have any idea what this is? Got a call from this same number for about 3 days now, twice at 8:30pm and one just now, 1:00pm Eastern time. Did not answer, they didn't leave a message?
Is it just some company fishing for phone numbers, and whoever answers they know it's a working number? That's what I figure...

8:30 PM on my cell. Very few people have the number. Didn't answer.

I just got a call at work from this number no message left anyone have any ideas who this is

Got the phone call from this number... no message.. but lately.. i got wierd number, so i don't even want to answer any other number but my listed friends phone. If it's that important they will leave me a message.. if not.. well.. good luck next time..

Got a call yesterday from 204-272-3005 did not answer left no message call came in at 2:15pm pacific time.

I answered.  Computerized voice said MY MISTAKE SORRY and hung up on me.  8:05 pm  California time.  Google says Canadian phone number.

got a call from this number and when I googled it I found that it's from canada. I didn't answer and I don't plan to in the future.

I WAS ALMOST SCAMMED BT A GUY THAT GOES BY HARRY ON HOT OR NOT, A WIRE FRAUDULANT SCAM, THANKFULLY I WAS SMART ENOUGH NOT TO FALL FOR IT. AFTER I GOT THE DETAILS FROM THE BANK TODAY, I LEFT SOME NOT SO NICE E-MAILS FOR HIM. IT'S NOW 11PM CALIFORNIA TIME AND HE CALLED ME ROM THAT NUMBER, HE SUPPOSEDLY IS IN NIGERIA. SO WHO KNOWS? DO NOT TALK TO ANYONE WHO GOES BY LEUITA HARRY MALDINS, OR EMEKO, OR LEIUTIS.

Mine was from my friend that is in Australia now and it seems to be a routed number through the US.

okkkkkkkkkkk i got a call while i was at work..i thought it might be my bf..because i had not heard from him in a while...what is this s***?????????????? i tried to call back..and it said the mobil number you are trying to call is not accepting calls at this time..soo i thought it was a prepaid phone and his mins ran out..ahh now im sad! hahaha

I got a call from this number that was actually from my folks in Hong Kong.  I'm not sure what kind of international call plan they use over there though, but I guess somehow the call was routed at some point in US.

I got a call from my girlfriend while she was visiting in Germany from that number.  She used a calling card, maybe thats what it is?

Got call from this number. called back and got busy tone every time. No message was left.

I'm investigating this and am looking for a common denominator.  Are all of you on a National Do Not Call (DNC) list?

they Called me 3 times, I think it's a collection agency, I called them back but I was unable to get with anybody in the phone, I wait a lot.

got a call from this number. 5 seconds later from 410-764-3642.  BOTH CALLS WERE THE SAME. (although one is from canada, other is MD) both calls were a beeping noise. every few seconds. then they hung up. weird. however - i did give out my number on Craigslist for something - could this have happened to anyone else? is it a craigslist thing?

called twice.. once in the afternoon and once just now.. called back and there's no ringtone.. no message

THis person called and asked for my daughter by name.  They asked if she wanted to be part of a sweepstakes. When my daughter put me on they hung up.

They have called me as well. No message and when I pick up they hang up.

Got calls from this phone number. No message.

Two nights in a row--calls at 8:30 p.m. precisely. Yesterday from: 866-418-1349 (no message left) and today from this number.  This is not the first time.  Happened a few months ago too.  Will try to keep track and may answer the next time.
